Objective: To understand the current situation of health literacy and fear of progression and social isolation in patients with ischemic stroke,Identify the influencing factors. To explore the relationship between the three factors. It provides a theoretical basis for improving patients’ health literacy, reducing the degree of fear of progression, improving social isolation, and promoting patients to return to social life as soon as possible. Methods: 276 ischemic stroke patients treated in four Grade 3A hospitals in Changchun,Jilin Province from January to October 2022 were selected by convenient sampling.General data questionnaire, stroke patients’ health literacy scale,Fear of Progression Questionnaire-Short Form and Generalized Social of Alienation Scale were used to investigate.EXCEL is used for data input and IBMSPSS25.0 is used for statistical analysis.Frequency and constituent ratio were used to describe the general data of stroke patients, and descriptive statistical methods were used to calculate the scores of health literacy, fear of disease progression and social alienation.T-test,one-way ANOVA and multiple stepwise regression analysis were used to compare the differences in general data of health literacy, fear of disease progression and social alienation.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation among the three scales,The mediating effect test was used to analyze the health literacy.Results:1.The score of health literacy of ischemic stroke patients was(58.01 ±15.93).The patients’ health literacy was influenced by their education level, frequency of onset, monthly income, course of disease and marital status,it is statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The score of fear of progression in ischemic stroke patients was(41.54 ±13.12).The degree of fear disease progression was influenced by patients’ education level, frequency of onset and monthly income,it is statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The score of social isolation in patients with ischemic stroke was(40.63±12.17).The level of social isolation was influenced by the monthly income, educational level, frequency of onset and working condition of the patients,it is statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The scores of fear of progression and social isolation in ischemic stroke patients were negatively correlated with the total score of health literacy and its three dimensions(P<0.05),and the score of fear of progression was positively correlated with the score of social alienation(P<0.05).5.Health literacy plays a mediating effect between fear of progression and social isolation, with an effect value of 0.833.Conclusion:1.The level of health literacy of ischemic stroke patients is in the upper-middle level.patients’ education level, frequency of onset, monthly income, course of disease and marital status are the influencing factors of stroke patients’ health literacy.2.The degree of fear of progression in ischemic stroke patients is higher, and patients’ patients’ education level, frequency of onset and monthly income are the influencing factors of fear disease progression in stroke patients.3.The level of social isolation in patients with ischemic stroke is higher, and the monthly income, educational level, frequency of onset and working condition of the patients are the influencing factors of social isolation in patients with stroke.4.The scores of fear of progression and social isolation in ischemic stroke patients were negatively correlated with the total score of health literacy and its three dimensions. There was a positive correlation between fear of progression scores and social isolation scores.5.There is a close relationship between health literacy, fear of progression and social isolation in ischemic stroke patients.Fear of progression can not only directly affect the level of social alienation of patients, but also indirectly affect the level of social isolation of patients through health literacy.
