Objective:Establishing integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing standards for pediatric cough variant asthma through Delphi expert consultation method;By implementing this nursing standard, improving and standardizing routine nursing content, and developing nursing standards,we aim to verify its clinical nursing effectiveness and provide a basis for further standardizing the clinical nursing content of pediatric cough variant asthma. Methods:Through clinical observation and practical investigation,it was found that there is no corresponding integrated Chinese and Western medicine nursing standard for the care of children with cough variant asthma, and there is a lack of relevant integrated Chinese and Western medicine nursing plans or guidelines. Therefore,in order to further improve the quality of nursing services, improve the quality of life of children, and improve parents’satisfaction with nursing services,it is necessary to develop integrated Chinese and Western medicine nursing standards for children with cough variant asthma;Through literature review, the current status and clinical nursing content of pediatric cough variant asthma were collected, summarized, and summarized to form the first draft of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing standards for pediatric cough variant asthma;Through two rounds of Delphi expert consultation, combining expert opinions with clinical evidence, the standards were repeatedly revised to construct a nursing standard for pediatric cough variant asthma based on the integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine;A randomized controlled trial was conducted to apply the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing standards for pediatric cough variant asthma in clinical practice.74 children with cough variant asthma who were treated in a pediatric department of a tertiary hospital in Changchun City were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing care for pediatric cough variant asthma. The cough symptom score(VCD)of the children was calculated The quality of life score(PC-QOL)and nursing satisfaction were used as evaluation indicators for clinical efficacy evaluation;SPSS 25.0 was used for data statistical analysis, with statistical methods including t-test,X~2test,and rank sum test. The test levels were all tested using a bilateral testα=0.05 is the test standard, and P<0.05indicates a statistically significant difference.Results:1.To form a nursing standard for children with cough variant asthma in combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine, including 5 items of nursing standard outline and8 items of nursing standard specific measures.2.Clinical application effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing norms for children with cough variant asthma(1)Baseline:There was no statistically significant difference in the general information of the two groups of children, including gender, age, disease type, education level, whether they were exposed to allergens,etc.(P>0.05).The baseline of the two groups of children was comparable.(2)Cough symptom score(VCD):VCD score of children in the observation group and the control group on the first day 4(3,5)、4(3,4),VCD score on the 10th day1(1,1)、2(2,3)Statistical comparison showed that there was no statistically significant difference in VCD scores of children in the observation group and the control group on the first day(P>0.05);The VCD score of the children in the observation group on the 10th day was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Quality of life score(PC-QOL):The PC-QOL score on the first day(24.43±6.20;25.00±6.51)and the PC-QOL score on the tenth day(46.62±4.18;35.92±6.9)of the children in the observation group and the control group were statistically compared. It was found that there was no significant difference in the PC-QOL score on the first day between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05);The PC-QOL score of children in the observation group on the 10th day was higher than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).(4)Nursing satisfaction:The scores of nursing satisfaction of parents of children in the observation group and the control group were statistically compared. It was found that the parents’satisfaction of children in the observation group was 103(100,105)points,and the parents’satisfaction of children in the control group was 89(85,98)points.The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was better than that of the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing standards in clinical nursing for children with cough variant asthma has a positive promoting effect on reducing cough symptoms, improving the quality of life of children and parents, and effectively enhancing the satisfaction of parents with nursing care. This nursing standard has high scientificity and good clinical practicality, which can provide reference and reference for clinical application.
