Professor Zhang Chunling’s Clinical Experience In The Treatment Of Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Based On The Jing Fang "Theory Of The Correspondence Between The Formula And The Person"

Objective: To summarize and analyze the clinical cases of Professor Zhang Chunling’s treatment of NAFLD based on the Jingfang formula "the theory of correspondence between formulae and persons".The purpose is to systematize and standardize it,and then upgrade it into a clinical experience,so that it can be promoted in the clinic to better serve the people’s health and contribute to "Healthy China".Methods:1.NAFLD cases seen by Prof.Chunling Zhang from March 2021 to October 2022 were collected and recorded in detail,and the data were systematically summarized and organized to form medical cases;at the same time,the data were entered and a database of patient data was established,and the frequency statistics of gender,age,BMI and physical condition in the database were mainly conducted to observe the correlation between the disease with gender,age,weight and physical condition.2.The clinical cases of NAFLD treated by our tutor are summarized,analyzed and summarized through consultation and case review,so that it can be systematized and standardized,and then upgraded to a clinical experience,which can be easily promoted and applied.Results:1.The incidence of NAFLD is correlated with gender,age and weight.Data of 120 cases being collected,there were 87 male patients,accounting for 72.5%,and 33 female patients,accounting for 27.5%.The ratio of men to women is about three to one.At the same time,the age of onset of the disease was mainly concentrated between 31 and 60 years old,a total of 110 people;Among them,41-50 years old is the most high incidence,accounting for about half of the total number.According to the body mass index,there are 6 people who are thin,30 people who are normal,and 84 people who are overweight or obese,accounting for about two-thirds of the total population.2.The occurrence of NAFLD is also related to physical constitution.After the data statistics found that the most common are five kinds of " formula person or body mass",respectively,they are: Da Chai Hu Tang person,Dang Gui Shao Yao San person,Gui Zhi Fu Ling Wan person,Wu Ling San person,Xiao Chai Hu Tang person,the majority of them are Da Chai Hu Tang person,accounting for up to 40%.3.The clinical efficacy of the treatment of the formulae for people with different constitutions is remarkable after the corresponding formulae are used.Conclusion: The treatment of Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver based on the Jingfang formula "the theory of correspondence between formulae and persons" has good clinical efficacy,and its clinical consistency is strong,so it is worth to be promoted and applied in clinical practice.
