| Objective: Based on the data mining technology,the tutor collated,summarized and summarized the medication rules of the Scutellariae Radix and Coptidis Rhizoma formula in the treatment of ruffian,and further analyzed the main symptom type,common compatibility and role of the Scutellariae Radix and Coptidis Rhizoma formula in the treatment of ruffian,so as to provide a basis for enriching the academic level and clinical application of the Scutellariae Radix and Coptidis Rhizoma formula in the treatment of ruffian.Methods: According to the inclusion exclusion criteria,the medical record data of300 patients diagnosed with Riffle were collected,standardized and entered into the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Auxiliary Platform V2.50" software,and the medical case analysis and formula analysis section in the data analysis system were used to carry out the frequency statistics of drugs and symptoms,the analysis of drug prescription rules,and the analysis of new prescriptions,and finally summarized the main symptom type and common matching of the instructor using Scutellariae Radix and Coptidis Rhizoma formula to treat Ruffian.Results:The results obtained from the data mining of 300 cases are as follows:1.Gender,age: the sex ratio of women to men is about 1.29:1;the age of patients is 8years old,the oldest is 84 years old,and the proportion of patients aged 30-69 in all ages is88.33%,mainly middle-aged and elderly patients.2.Symptoms: A total of 106 keywords were extracted,and the patients were more common with symptoms such as ruffles,poor diet,dry mouth,heartburn,belching,bitter mouth,etc.,and the tongue veins were more hot images,more common in tongue red,moss yellow greasy,pulse string number,pulse slip number,moss yellow,etc.3.Western medicine diseases: 268 patients with chronic gastritis were included in the300 cases of ruffian patients,accounting for 89.3% of the total number of cases,of which208 were patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis and 60 were patients with chronic atrophic gastritis.4.Evidence type: A total of 7 types of evidence were extracted,namely spleen and stomach humid heat evidence,cold and hot miscellaneous evidence,liver and stomach discord evidence,diet accumulation certificate,gastric yin deficiency certificate,spleen and stomach weakness certificate,sputum wet internal obstruction certificate,the frequency of which was 151 times,67 times,41 times,32 times,6 times,2 times,1 time.5.Drug frequency,sexual taste and high-frequency combination: among the 300 case prescriptions,a total of 131 flavored medicinal materials were involved,and the frequencies between 100-300 were: skullcap,Coptis,licorice,rhubarb,ginger banxia,white peony,codonopsis,angelica,jujube,gardenia;In the analysis of medicinal properties,the cold drugs with the highest frequency were used 1403 times,accounting for 41.29%;Warm drugs were used 1259 times,accounting for 37.05%;The analysis of medicinal taste showed that the bitter medicine with the highest frequency of use was 1600 times,accounting for 32.85%;Sweet medicine was used 1523 times,accounting for 31.27%;Spicy medicine was used 1519 times,accounting for 31.19%;The spleen meridian was2694 times and the stomach meridian 2164 times with higher frequency in attribution analysis.The combination of high-frequency drugs includes "scutellaria baicalensis,Coptis","scutellaria baicalensis,Coptis,licorice","scutellaria baicalensis,Coptis,rhubarb","ginger banxia,scutellaria baicalensis,Coptis","scutellaria baicalensis,Coptis,white peony","scutellaria baicalensis,Coptis,codonopsis","scutellaria baicalensis,Coptis,angelica" and so on.6.Through the cluster analysis of prescription drugs,7 new combinations were obtained.7.Spleen and stomach humid fever: on the basis of a confidence ≥ 0.8,when the support is 40%,it can be seen that the core drug combination is added and subtracted from peony soup;When the degree of support is 30% and 20%,the commonly used combination is Diarrhoea.8.Cold and heat miscellaneous evidence: When the confidence level is ≥0.8 and the support degree is 20%,30% and 40%,respectively,it can be seen that the core combination of drugs is mainly evolved from the formula of laxin soup.9.Liver and stomach discord: When the confidence level is ≥0.8 and the support degree is 20%,30% and 40%,respectively,it can be seen that the core combination of the drug is mainly evolved from Kudzu Scutellariae Radix and Coptidis Rhizoma soup,and the commonly used combination is Chai Hu Evacuation Liver Scatter and Gentian Diarrhea Liver Soup.10.Dietary retardation certificate: When the confidence level ≥ 0.8 and the support degree is 20%,30% and 40%,respectively,it can be seen that the core combination of drugs is mainly evolved from the addition and subtraction of Citrus guide hysteresis pills.Conclusion:Professor Liu Tiejun’s use of Scutellariae Radix and Coptidis Rhizoma formula to treat ruffian is mainly the spleen and stomach humid heat certificate,cold and heat miscellaneous evidence,liver and stomach discord evidence,and diet stasis certificate.The treatment of spleen and stomach humid fever is based on peony soup for addition and subtraction;The treatment of cold and heat miscellaneous evidence is based on the prescription of laxin soup to add and subtract;The
