Professor Nan Zheng’s Data Mining Research On The Case Of Diabetes Combined Hyperuricemia In Type 2 Diabetes

Objective: To systematically and comprehensively collect,sort out and analyze the outpatient medical records and consultation cases in the treatment area of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperuricemia by tutor Professor Nan Zheng.Combined with daily teaching content and their own experience,using data mining technology,collate,summarize,analyze and excavate the syndrome differentiation treatment methods,medication rules and core prescriptions of tutor treatment,summarize the rational prescriptions and medication rules of tutor diagnosis and treatment of type 2 diabetes with hyperuricemia,and provide new ideas for clinical treatment.Methods: The medical records of type 2 diabetic patients with hyperuricemia who were consulted by Professor Nan Zheng in the outpatient clinic and treatment area of Guo Yi Tang,Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2012 to December2022 in recent ten years were collected.The corresponding medical records were screened from the case database of Nan Zheng Studio of National Medical University,electronic medical records were established,and the TCM inheritance auxiliary platform V2.5 was applied for analysis.The basic information,syndrome information,and medication regularity of patients were statistically analyzed by applying the formula statistics and medical record statistics in the statistical report plate,and the medication regularity of Professor Nan Zheng in the treatment of type 2 diabetes with hyperuricemia was analyzed.The formula analysis and medical record analysis were applied to excavate the core medication,and association analysis and complex cluster analysis were applied to summarize the potential medication regularity and prescription.Results: A total of 240 patients with 942 visits were included in this study.The symptoms with higher frequency were fatigue,dry mouth,thirst,poor sleep,dry stool,bitter taste,chest tightness,loose stool,dizziness,tinnitus,blurred vision,shortness of breath,and astringent eyes.According to the statistical results,it can be seen that in patients with this disease,the tongue often appears red tongue,fissured tongue,tongue fat,tooth marks tongue;fur often appears yellow greasy fur,thin white fur,less fur,yellow fur;pulse commonly appears thin pulse,string slippery,fine number and string.Dampness-heat syndrome was the most common syndrome,accounting for 35.42%.A total of 61 drugs were used≥100 times,and 17 drugs were used at high frequency(≥ 600 times).The majority of the "four qi" statistics were cold."Five flavors" statistics mainly sweet,bitter and pungent.The top five meridians in the "meridian" analysis were the liver,lung,spleen,stomach,and kidney meridians.According to association rules,the core drugs were Radix Astragali,Radix Rehmanniae,Fructus Lycii,Rhizoma Polygonati,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Radix Magnoliae Officinalis,Rhizoma Coptidis,Cortex Fraxini,Radix Cortex Phellodendri,Radix Gentianae,Radix Cortex Phellodendri,Radix Paeoniae Alba Using complex cluster analysis in novel formula analysis,10 groups of potential drug core combinations and 5 novel formulas can be obtained.Conclusion:The distribution of patients in males is significantly more than that in females,and the age is mostly middle-aged and elderly;the syndrome of damp-heat mutual junction is the most common;fatigue is the most frequent symptom;red tongue and yellow greasy fur are common tongue conditions;the pulse conditions are mostly thin and slippery strings.Drugs are used most commonly in the upper cold drugs,used to clear away heat,purge fire,detoxification,the application of drugs are mostly sweet,bitter,pungent,attributed to the liver,lung,spleen,stomach,kidney meridian.Taking 17 high-frequency drugs as the core,the treatment is mainly based on the methods of supplementing qi and nourishing yin,clearing away heat and dampness,detoxifying and dredging collaterals,and there are many changes in the addition and subtraction of drugs for different syndromes.Complex cluster analysis was applied to obtain 10 groups of potential drug core combinations and 5 new prescriptions,which could be used in combination with basic prescriptions to treat patients with type 2 diabetes and hyperuricemia with some accompanying symptoms,which is helpful for the development of new prescriptions for the treatment of this disease with traditional Chinese medicine.
