Objective: This study detected platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecules in mononuclear cells of patients with coronary heart disease(CAD)and healthy people by flow cytometry(FCM)(Platelet endothelial adhesion molecule1,CD31),discuss the correlation between CD31 expression level in mononuclear cells and coronary heart disease,and the relationship between CD31 expression level and hypersensitive troponin I(hs c Tn I),creatine kinase isoenzyme MB(CK-MB),and hypersensitive Creactive protein(hs CRP).Methods: From May 2021 to March 2023,peripheral blood samples were collected from 86 patients who had been hospitalized in the Department of Cardiology of Yijishan Hospital,the first affiliated hospital of Southern Anhui Medical College,including 11 patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI),64 patients with stable angina pectoris(SAP)and 11 healthy controls.The expression level of CD31 in mononuclear cells of all patients and healthy controls was collected by flow cytometry,Collect the baseline data,clinical biochemical indicators,myocardial infarction markers hs c Tn I,CK-MB,hs CRP of all selected patients,and analyze the expression level of CD31 in mononuclear cells and coronary heart disease and its correlation with hs c Tn I,CK-MB,hs CRP.Results: 1.The expression level of CD31 in different groups of patients was statistically different.The relative expression level of CD31 in lymphocytes of patients in different groups was significantly higher in AMI group and SAP group than in NC group.The expression level in SAP group was 1.23 times higher than that in NC group(45.98 ± 10.56 vs 37.11 ± 9.49),and the expression level in AMI patients was 1.36 times higher than that in NC patients(50.58 ± 10.62 vs 37.11 ± 9.49);The relative expression level of CD31 in monocytes of patients in different groups was significantly higher in AMI group than that in NC group and SAP group.The expression level in AMI group was 1.08 times higher than that in NC group(4.60 ± 0.29 vs 4.27 ± 0.16),and that in AMI group was 1.08 times higher than that in SAP group(4.60 ± 0.29 vs4.26 ± 0.15).2.Spearman correlation analysis showed that the expression level of CD31 in lymphocytes was positively correlated with Gensini score,hs Tn I,CK;The expression level of CD31 in monocytes was positively correlated with Gensini score,hs Tn I,CK and LDL.Conclusion: 1.The expression level of CD31 in lymphocytes in patients with coronary heart disease is higher than that in healthy people.The expression level of CD31 in AMI group and SAP /UA group is higher than that in NC group.2.Detecting the level of CD31 in lymphocytes has certain value for the diagnosis and evaluation of the severity of coronary heart disease.
