The Educational Effect Of Residential Management Information System In Standardized Training Of Residents

In 2013,seven ministries and commissions jointly issued the guidance on the Establishment of standardized training system for residents,which indicates that the standardized training of residents in China has gradually formed a unified standard and system.Through the joint efforts of health management departments at all levels and training hospitals in recent years,the standardized training of residents has achieved the goal of "basically building a residential training system in 2020" in the guidance.However,the construction of standardized training system for residents in China is still in the initial stage,and the quality construction level of standardized training for residents in the whole country is uneven.In order to improve the quality and effect of resident standardized training,resident training management information system is used to carry out resident standardized training in order to achieve fine management,which is an important path of resident standardized training at present.The purpose of this study is to explore how to use the residential training management information system of the training hospitals to improve the educational effect of standardized training of residents,in order to provide a reference scheme for standardized training of residents,and to realize the scientific,fine and systematic management of standardized training of residents.On the basis of combing the relevant literature,this study analyzes the development and existing problems of the standardized training of residents in China,and discusses the feasibility and educational ways of applying the residential training management information system to the standardized training of residents.This study takes the standardized training base of residents in a third-class public hospital in China as the research object.Firstly,the whole process of resident standardized training by using resident training management information system in this hospital is observed and analyzed,then the relevant managers and trainers were investigated and interviewed.It is found that:(1)The intelligent and paperless training process,training management and assessment can be realized by using the management information system,which can save a lot of time for the management department,instructors and trainees.Improve management and work efficiency.(2)To use the resident training management information system to carry out standardized management,training and assessment,and to objectively analyze and evaluate the standardized training of resident doctors in various departments,so as to improve the teaching enthusiasm of the instructors,improve the teaching level and ensure the teaching effect.(3)Students can improve their learning enthusiasm and initiative by using the management information system to carry out online theoretical study and participate in online self-test,and at the same time,through the management and supervision of the students’ comprehensive training by superior administrators.And it has produced a good educational effect in the daily assessment and the passing rate of graduation examination.Through investigation and interview,this study also found that the application of the multi-function management module of the resident training management information system,the intelligent management mode,the high efficiency of the organizational form,and giving full play to the educational management role of the users are the important factors that affect the application of the residential training management information system in the standardized training of residents.The future research can dig deeper into the functions of the national and provincial residential training management information system,and explore the effective ways of up and down interaction and data interconnection of the national,provincial and training base residential training management information system.To provide data support and decision-making reference for policy-making and macro-management of relevant management departments such as the National Health Commission.To supervise and guide the standardized training of residents throughout the country.
