Clinical Effect Of Gui Fu Ba Wei Wan On Renal Yang Deficiency Hypothroidism Associated With Tumor Therapy

Objective: Through this study,to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Gui Fu Ba Wei Wan in the treatment of tumor related kidney Yang deficiency type hypothyroidism,and to provide therapeutic ideas for the future treatment of tumor related kidney Yang deficiency type hypothyroidism.Methods: A total of 60 patients with renal Yang deficiency hypothyroidism associated with tumor treatment were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with levothyroxine sodium tablets,and the treatment group was treated with Gui Fu Ba Wei Wan on the basis of the control group.Both groups were observed for 14 days.The changes of TCM syndrome score,thyroid function,quality of life score and other indicators before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and statistical analysis was conducted.Results:1.Comparison of basic data: Before treatment,there were no marked differences in age,gender,treatment methods,TCM syndrome scores and thyroid function,quality of life scores between the both groups(P > 0.05);2.Comparison of thyroid function: Thyroid function in both groups was remarkably improved after treatment(P<0.01),and the improvement of thyroid function in treatment group was better(P<0.05);3.Comparison of scores of single symptom of TCM: Scores of single symptom of TCM in both groups decreased after treatment(p<0.05),and the treatment group had better efficacy in improving TCM symptoms(P <0.05);4.Comparison of TCM syndrome score: TCM syndrome score of two groups was remarkably decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.01),and the treatment group was remarkably decreased compared with control group(P<0.01);5.Comparison of TCM syndrome efficacy: After treatment,the total effective rate of TCM syndrome was 87% in the treatment group,the control group was 63.3%.The total effective rate of the two groups was different(P<0.05),illustrating that the curative effect of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was better than the control group.6.Comparison of QOL score: QOL score in both groups was significantly improved after treatment(P<0.01),and the QOL score in the treatment group was marked improvement(P<0.01);7.Safety observation: No obvious adverse reactions were observed in the two groups during the trial,and the safety observation indexes were all within the normal range.Conclusions:1.Gui Fu Ba Wei Wan can remarkably improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with tumor treaty-related renal Yang deficiency type hypothyroidism,improve the quality of life of tumor patients,and the efficacy is safe and reliable.2.Gui Fu Ba Wei Wan can improve thyroid function indexes in patients with renal Yang deficiency hypothyroidism associated with tumor treatment.
