The liver is the largest digestive gland in the human body with metabolic functions.From the perspective of body metabolism,the main functions include vitamin metabolism,hormone metabolism,acid-base balance,and heat supply to the organs.At the same time,it is required for metabolic production or foreign toxic substances.It becomes a non-toxic or highly soluble substance in the liver to be eliminated from the body.However,due to many factors such as hepatitis virus,unreasonable dietary structure,obesity,drug abuse,metabolic diseases,etc.,as many as hundreds of thousands of people die from liver cancer each year.Liver surgery requires precise treatment of the diseased part of the liver,so doctors are required to have strong professional capabilities and rich surgical experience.Virtual surgery can provide medical staff with surgical opportunities and strengthen surgical experience.Therefore,research on virtual surgery is in force.Must do.The liver virtual surgery simulation system includes functions such as bone image scanning preprocessing,scanning CT modeling,interactive design,collision detection module,and virtual model surgical cutting.Based on the scene of the Anhui Provincial Hospital,this paper uses the modeling tool 3D MAX to build the scene,simulates and restores the hospital and operating room in the real world,and uses HTC VIVE to enhance the sense of reality from the aspects of vision,hearing and interactive touch.On the issue of model rendering optimization,it is proposed to use mesh merging optimization technology to optimize the model first,use LOD technology for the merged model,and select rendering according to the relative position of the model and the camera.Later,the virtual liver cutting operation was researched and analyzed,and the collision detection algorithm and cutting algorithm based on virtual surgery were designed and implemented.In the research of the key technology of collision detection,this article combines the space division method and the hierarchical bounding box method to design the collision detection algorithm framework in the virtual surgery based on the scene of the virtual surgery system,and shortens the detection time by eliminating the objects that will not collide.Therefore,the operation process can be detected efficiently and accurately.Regarding the problem of model cutting,research is carried out on the problem of model cutting in operation,the model triangle is meshed,and the model is reconstructed according to the cut triangle.In the processing of the cutting surface,the texture space of the liver body is mapped to the cutting surface to improve the sense of reality.The virtual liver cutting operation in this research provides doctors with a visual and tactile reproduction of the real surgical scene.The main operation process of the doctor’s surgical process in reality is simulated on the computer,and peripheral auxiliary equipment is used to improve the immersive feeling.The research results have provided great help in the surgical training methods of medical students,created more practice opportunities,and increased the practical experience of medical students.At the same time,the cost of expensive experimental equipment can also be greatly reduced.Training costs.
