Research On Procurement Cost Control Of A County Hospital Under The Background Of Digital Empowerment

With the advent of the era of big data,digital empowerment management has gradually penetrated into the interior of enterprises and organizations,and has left a deep impression on their management and operation methods.The way an organization uses big data almost determines its future development success.or not.In the face of fierce industry competition and the impact of medical reform,the income of hospitals has dropped sharply,especially county-level hospitals lacking capital and technology,so procurement cost control has become a key measure to solve the problem.The traditional method of hospital procurement cost control is obviously no longer suitable for the new technical environment and management requirements.With its multi-functional platform and powerful information processing capabilities,the digital system has made a significant contribution to hospital procurement cost control.Digital empowerment of procurement costs Control will be the trend.Taking A county-level hospital as an example,this paper analyzes the specific process of procurement cost control in the hospital from the perspective of digital empowerment and cost control,compares the changes in procurement work before and after digital empowerment management,and builds an efficiency evaluation model.The study found that digital empowerment has changed the way hospital information is collected and analyzed,expanded the sources of hospital procurement and simplified complex communication,and greatly reduced hospital procurement expenditures by reducing transaction costs in the hospital procurement process.With the assistance of digital empowerment,Hospital A has basically achieved the application results of accurate budget,wide selection of materials and suppliers,and dynamic supervision of inventory quantity and procurement funds.However,there are still problems that the hospital does not pay enough attention to purchasing cost control,large errors between predicted data and actual data,and unskilled staff in system operation,lack of sufficient capital investment,professional digital talents and digital culture environment,and the hospital has not solved the problem for a long time.The problem of isolated information islands eventually led to the low efficiency of the overall procurement cost control of the hospital.Based on the actual situation of Hospital A,this paper analyzes the problems and the reasons behind them,and puts forward corresponding improvement suggestions from the aspects of strengthening the awareness of hospital cost control,solving the problem of hospital islands through multi-party cooperation,and focusing on cultivating compound talents.County-level hospital administrators in the dilemma of digital reform and procurement cost control provide a reference to promote the process of hospital digital development.
