Study On The Medical Security Of The Relatively Poor In W County,Jiangxi Province

Relative poverty is a new state of poverty after the country wins the battle against poverty as scheduled.After the target of poverty alleviation is accomplished,the strategy and policy focus of rural poverty alleviation will be focused on the relative poor population.In the context of the current rural revitalization,it is of great significance to discuss the problems and risks existing in the medical security mechanism of the relatively poor population and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions to prevent the poverty-stricken households from returning to poverty due to illness and the low-income population from becoming poor due to illness,consolidate and expand the achievements of the medical security poverty alleviation,effectively connect the rural revitalization strategy and establish a long-term health security model.This thesis takes the rural relative poor population of W County as the research object,collects a large amount of data by means of data retrieval,investigation and interview,and on this basis to analyzes and studies the basic characteristics,health status,basic medical service supply of the rural relative poor population of W county and the current medical security status of the rural relative poor population.It summarizes the problems of the medical security of the rural relative poor population in W County,such as the ability of medical service to be improved,the effectiveness of medical cost control is not obvious,the ability of medical expense reimbursement is limited,and the poor population’s health awareness is not strong.In view of these problems,it puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the medical security mechanism of the rural relative poor population.This thesis argues that the establishment of long-term medical security mechanism for rural relative poor population should be carried out from the following aspects: increase the investment in rural medical resources;Improve the operation and management mechanism of medical insurance;Improving a diversified medical security system;Enhance personal health management awareness.
