Objective: To evaluate postoperative visual quality and self-perception of patients implanted with two kinds of refractive intraocular lens(IOL).Methods: A total of 54 eyes of 50 patients who underwent phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation from January 2022 to October 2022 were collected.Among them,20 eyes of 18 patients with refractive multi-focal aspheric intraocular lens(LS-313 MF15)were implanted.Refractive multi-focal aspherical toric IOL(LS-313MF15T)was implanted in 9 eyes, and Rayner aspherical lens with was implanted in 23 eyes of 25 eyes.Distal and near visual acuity, objective scattering index,SR,high-order aberration, and Modulation Transfer Function cutoff spatial frequency were observed in 3groups 1 week,1 month, and 3 months after surgery.Subjective visual quality questionnaire and modulation transfer function were performed 3 months after surgery.SPSS25.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the data.Analysis of variance was used for comparison of the measurement indicators between the three intraocular lenses groups.LSD-t test method was used to compare the results with statistically significant differences in the variance analysis. Results: There was no significant difference of vision between the two kinds of refraction intraocular lens, and the vision in MF15 and MF15 T was significantly different from that in Rayner(P<0.05).The spherical aberration of MF15 was smaller than that of Rayner group at 1 and 3 months(P =0.001,P =0.014),and MF15 T group was less than Rayner group at 1 month(P =0.009).The MTF cutoff of the MF15 group was significantly greater than that of the MF15 T group only at 3 months after the 3 times of follow-up inspection by OQAS(P =0.015).There were no significant differences in VF-14 and Qo V scores between MF15 and MF15 T.Conclusion: Both refractive IOLs can provide good visual quality.MF15 and MF15 T can provide better distance vision and intermediate vision and form a continuous platform. There was no significant difference in objective visual quality between the two refractive IOLs.MF15 T could correct large corneal astigmatism in patients while providing good visual quality. The VF-14 of MF15 and MF15 T was better than that of monofocal IOLs,and the Qo V score was worse than that of monofocal IOLs.
