In order to comply with the arrival of the information age, various fields have begun to seek linkage with the Internet, the Internet health information platform should be launched. In the medical and health sector, the massive information resources provided by Internet platforms provide convenience for patients, who can enrich their health knowledge and improve their health literacy through these platforms. However, due to the reduction of the threshold of access to the Internet, some health information platforms on the Internet no longer seem to simply serve as the main purpose of saving the world in order to gain traffic and gain profits, resulting in the widespread emergence of Internet health information rumors. Therefore, patients’ concerns and doubts about the quality of Internet health information are becoming increasingly prominent.Rumors in health information are testing patients’ perception ability, hindering the improvement of patients’ health literacy and bringing potential risks to their decision-making behaviors.Under such social problems, only from the perspective of medical skill and medical ethics,to discuss how to build a good doctor-patient relationship, improve the level of trust between patients has shown limitations. This study focuses on patients’ rumor perceptions of Internet health information(hereafter referred to as "Internet health rumor perceptions"),discusses the mechanism of the influence of Internet health information rumor perceptions on patient trust, and explores the relationship between Internet health rumor perceptions, psychological security and patient trust by substituting patients’ psychological security into it.The relationship between the three. It has positive theoretical and practical significance for building a harmonious and stable doctor-patient relationship in the future. The study was to clarify the relationship between the three,to wuhan, hubei province, shaanxi province,xi ’an,xingan league zibo city of shandong province and Inner Mongolia autonomous region as the research site, for a year with the Internet health information seeking behavior and behavior of patients as the research object, issue "the Internet for health information and doctor-patient trust" the preliminary questionnaire.Four patients in the preliminary investigation were interviewed in depth according to the case criteria required by the Multi-case Study Institute. In addition,in order to explore different perspectives,in-depth interviews of two doctors are taken as supplementary cases to build a more complete multi-case study system, which provides a good foundation for subsequent data collection and empirical analysis.Based on previous relevant literature and preliminary theoretical model of multiple case studies, this study hypothesized the relationship among patients’ perception of Internet health rumors, psychological security and patient trust, conducted correlation analysis, difference analysis and established structural equation model by using survey data, and reached the following conclusions.First,a large number of health rumors are hidden on the Internet in China, and Chinese patients’ perception level of Internet health rumors is insufficient. The majority of Chinese people have a good sense of psychological security in the diagnosis and treatment environment, but there is still a lot of room for progress. The degree of trust of patients in China is above the middle level, but there are differences in the recognition of doctors’ skill and ethics.Currently, the recognition of doctors’ skill is generally higher than that of doctors’ ethics.Second, different ages in our country and the education level of patients between recognition of health rumors on the Internet, trust in doctors and notable differences when ill psychological security, young, received a good education of patients tend to have greater recognition and psychological security, and more trust to doctors; There were significant differences in the ability to identify Internet health rumors among patients with different household registration categories, and the ability of urban residents to identify rumors was often higher than that of rural residents.Patients who are covered by social medical insurance or not have significant differences in psychological security when they get sick.People who have social basic medical insurance are more at ease and have higher psychological security when seeing a doctor.Thirdly, improving the perception of Internet health rumors has a significant positive effect on doctor-patient trust and psychological security. The improvement of psychological security has a significant positive effect on the trust of patients;Psychological security has a partial mediating effect on the relationship between rumor perception and trust, and it is a significant positive effect. Finally, this study from the management of the Internet rumors spread and promotion of the trust level two perspective, put forward to strengthen information source management, active in the authoritative media published on health information, pay attention to the psychological security and relevant policy Suggestions, hoping to further improve the trust level, building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship to provide reference.
