| Objective: To analyze the risk factors affecting the healing of diabetic foot wounds, and the association between TCM symptom type and wound healing.Method: Using the case-control research method, the clinical data of diabetic foot patients hospitalized in the Department of Endocrinology of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2020 to December 2022 were analyzed,a total of 11 patients with type 1 diabetes,Wagner grade 5 and incomplete medical records were excluded, and finally 147 diabetic foot patients were included. The wound healing progress was tracked, and the healing time of the patient was finally statistically counted, and according to whether the above diabetic foot patients had wound healing within 6weeks,they were divided into healing group and non-healing group, and the healing group and non-healing group were statistically analyzed. Results: Finally,a total of 147 diabetic foot patients were included in the study, with an average age of 65 years, including 100 male patients, with an average age of(63.79)years,accounting for 68.02% of the total;47women,with an average age of(67.04)years,accounting for 31.97% of the total. In addition, the cases accounted for in Wagner in each grade were 13 cases in grade 0(8.84%),30 cases in grade 1(20.40%),50 cases in grade 2(34.01%),46 cases in grade 3(31.29%),8 cases in grade 4(5.4%),and 0 cases in grade 5(0%).Among all diabetic foot cases, there were 66 patients in the healing group, accounting for 44.89%,and 81 patients in the non-healing group, accounting for 55.10%.There were 43 male patients and 23 female patients in the healing group, male patients accounted for 65.15% of the healing group and 34.84% of the female patients.Among the 81 patients in the non-healing group,57 were male patients and 24 were female patients, with men accounting for 70.4% of the total number of patients in the non-healing group and 29.6% women. Conclusion:Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that BMI,The course of diabetes,Wagner grade, the onset of Lidong~Great Cold Term, vitamin D deficiency, and hypertriglyceridemia were independent risk factors for chronic wounds of diabetic foot. |
