The Clinical Research Of Bushen Qiangdu Decoction Cure Midd3e-late Ankylosing Spondylitis

Objective:The clinical research of Bushen Qiangdu Decoction cure AnkylosingSpondylitis (AS) Shenxu Dukong syndromeContent：To randomly divide60patients which accord with the inclusion criteria intotwo groups, the30patients in treatment group were treated by Bushen Qiangdu Decoctionwith Sulfasalazine Tablets, and the30patients in control group will be treated bySulfasalazine Tablets, to keep treating and observing three months. The patients of twogroups were observed TCM clinical symptom integral and AS Bath AnkylosingSpondylitis Disease Activity Index (BASDAI), AS Bath Ankylosing SpondylitisFunctional Index (BASFI), AS Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Metrology Index (BASMI),the patient overall VAS score, physical and chemical inspection： ErythrocyteSedimentation Rate (ESR), serum C-Reactive Protein (CRP) in the before and aftertreatment. Adopt international ASAS20and ASAS50standards and TCM syndromeseffect standard to check effect evaluation.Result: By the clinical observation, to compare the patients of two groups withinternational ASAS20and ASAS50standards, the time of therapy is longer, the treatmentgroup is better than control group in to improve the AS clinical symptoms. To compare thepatients of two groups with TCM syndromes effect standard, the treatment of two groups isuseful to treatment of TCM syndromes, however there is no visible differences betweentwo groups. When compare the curative effect of TCM single syndrome, the treatmentgroup improve the lumbar spinal pain, lumbar debility, and chills warm these three TCMsyndromes effect is better than the control group in eight weeks of treatment.Conclusion:Bushen Qiangdu Decoction with Sulfasalazine Tablets could Effectivecontrol and improve AS clinical manifestations of patients.When treatment enough (after8 weeks), Bushen Qiangdu Decoction with Sulfasalazine Tablets is better than SulfasalazineTablets in TCM syndromes effect, for example, the effect of to improve the lumbar spinalpain, lumbar debility, chills, warm water treatment.When the Ankylosing spondylitispatients use Sulfasalazine Tablets, it suggest that use a combination of Bushen QiangduDecoction.
