Objective: To investigate the correlation between serum levels of small dense low density lipoprotein(sd-LDL)and intrastent restenosis(ISR)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Method: Clinical data of 250 patients with coronary heart disease who were re-hospitalized 12 months after the first PCI from January 1,2021 to April 1,2022 in the Department of Cardiology of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region People’s Hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Coronary angiography was re-examined during hospitalization,and the patients were divided into ISR group(n=148 cases)and no ISR group(n=102 cases)according to the surgical results.General data and biochemical indexes of patients were collected,and single factor comparison was performed.Multivariate Logistic analysis was used to screen the influencing factors of ISR after PCI.The predictive value of serum sd-LDL level for coronary ISR after PCI was analyzed by receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve.Results: The proportion of patients with diabetes history in ISR group was higher than that without ISR group(P<0.05).The levels of cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein(LDL),sd-LDL,uric acid(UA)and lipoprotein a(LP-a)in ISR group were significantly higher than those in non-ISR group(all P<0.05).The level of total bilirubin(TBIL)in ISR group was lower than that in non-ISR group(P<0.05).Logistic analysis showed that LDL,sd-LDL and LP-a were independent risk factors for coronary ISR after PCI(P < 0.05).TBIL was an independent protective factor for coronary ISR after PCI(P < 0.05).ROC curve showed that the area under the curve of serum sd-LDL was 0.774,the cut-off value was 318.35mmol/L,the sensitivity was 59.5%,and the specificity was 86.3% for predicting coronary ISR after PCI.Conclusions: Increased levels of sd-LDL,LDL and LP-a in patients with coronary artery ISR after PCI are independent risk factors for ISR in patients with coronary artery disease after PCI.Serum sd-LDL has a certain value in predicting ISR after PCI.Bilirubin is a protective factor for coronary restenosis.
