| Objective: To observe the application of methylene blue staining technology in sentinel lymph node detection and modified radical mastectomy of breast cancer, and to analyze the influencing factors of staining.Methods:Fifty-four patients with breast cancer admitted to our hospital from2014 to 2021 were collected as the research objects. All patients were treated with methylene blue tracer, and all underwent breast sentinel lymph node biopsy + modified radical resection.Methylene blue staining was used to observe whether age, tumor diameter is greater than or equal to 3cm,tumor location is located in the outer quadrant or inner quadrant of the tumor,BMI,ER,PR,and Her-2 status affect lymph node staining. Results: Age,tumor location and Her-2 status had no significant correlation with staining(P > 0.05),while BMI,tumor size,ER and PR had significant correlation with staining(P < 0.05).Conclusions :BMI,tumor size,ER and PR were the influencing factors of sentinel lymph node staining with methylene blue staining.Using methylene blue as a tracer to detect sentinel lymph nodes is a method for evaluating axillary lymph node status in breast cancer patients.Sentinel lymph node biopsy is safe and reliable, which can accurately predict the axillary lymph node staging of early breast cancer, and can provide clinical support for breast cancer patients undergoing modified radical mastectomy. |
