Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Taohongtongluo Decoction On Patients With Stable Angina Pectoris (Heart Blood Stasis Type) And Its Influence On Serum Levels Of SCD40L And SVCAM-1

Objective: To see how Taohongtongluo Drink works on patients with stable angina pectoris(heart blood stasis type)and its effects on the levels of soluble CD40 ligand(sCD40L)and soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule-1(sVCAM-1).Methods: 64 patients with heart blood stasis stable angina pectoris were randomly divided into 32 cases control group and 32 cases experimental group for a 28-day clinical trial.The control group received conventional medicinal therapy,meanwhile the experimental group was treated with Taohongtongluo Drink together with western medicine.The curative effect and integral of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome,the symptoms of angina pectoris,the nitroglycerin withdrawal rate,the electrocardiogram,moreover the level of serum sCD40 L,sVCAM-1 of patients were recorded and observed respectively before and after treatment.SPSS26.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data.Result:1.In terms of TCM syndromes: After treatment,the single scores of TCM syndrome in both groups were decreased,and the test group was significantly decreased compared with the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total score of TCM syndromes in the experimental group and the control group decreased,with the total effective rates of90.00% and 46.67%,respectively.The experimental group was superior to the control group,hence a significant difference showed(P<0.05).2.In angina symptoms: After treatment,the scores of angina pectoris symptoms were decreased in both groups,hence a significant difference showed(p < 0.05).The effective rate of the experimental group and control group was83.33% and 50.00%,respectively.The experimental group was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05).3.Nitroglycerin withdrawal rate: After treatment,the effective rate of experimental group and control group was 76.67% and 50.00%,respectively.The experimental group was transparently superior the control group,the difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05).4.The efficacy of ECG: After treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 70.00%,and that of the control group was 53.33%,with no significant difference(p > 0.05)5.The level of sCD40 L and sVCAM-1 in serum: Compared with the group before and after treatment,serum sCD40 L and sVCAM-1 levels in the two groups were significantly decreased after treatment,hence a significant difference showed(p<0.05);After treatment,the curative effect of the test group was better than that of the control group,hence a significant difference showed(p<0.05).Conclusion:1.Taohongtongluo Drink works on the TCM syndrome and angina symptoms of patients with stable angina pectoris(heart blood stasis type),as well as reducing nitroglycerin dosage.2.Taohongtongluo Drink reduces sCD40 L and sVCAM-1 value in patients with stable angina pectoris(heart blood stasis type).
