Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Ningjidingxin decoction in the treatment of ventricular premature contraction with deficiency of both heart and spleen.Method: A total of 68 patients with palpitations who met the diagnostic criteria were included in this study and randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,with 34 patients in each group.The control group was given Metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets,and the treatment group was given Metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets combined with Ningjidingxin decoction.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.Record the total score of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,single score of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,number of ventricular premature contractions,Myerburg grading,heart rate variability,quality of life score,and other data of two groups of patients before and after treatment to observe and analyze the efficacy and safety.The statistical software uses SPSS 26.0.Result:1.Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Score: Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the total and individual TCM syndrome scores between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After treatment,the total score of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and the score of individual syndromes in the treatment group decreased more significantly compared to before treatment(P<0.05);The effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in the treatment group was 93.94%,which was higher than 37.50%of the control group.The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Number of premature ventricular complexes: Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the number of 24-hour premature ventricular complexes between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After treatment,the number of premature ventricular complexes in both groups decreased(P<0.05),and the degree of reduction in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05)3.Myerburg grading: Before treatment,there was no significant difference in Myerburg scores between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After treatment,both groups showed a decrease in Myerburg grading(P<0.05),and the degree of reduction was more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).The effective rate of Myerburg grading in the treatment group was82.82%,which was higher than 56.25% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Total efficacy of premature ventricular complexes: The effective rate of the total efficacy of premature ventricular complexes in the treatment group was 93.94%,which was higher than 71.86% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Heart rate variability: Before treatment,there was no significant difference in heart rate variability indicators between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After treatment,the heart rate variability indicators in the treatment group improved significantly(P<0.05),and the improvement effect in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).6.Quality of Life Score: Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the quality of life scores between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After treatment,the quality of life scores of both groups of patients in the psychological and physiological fields improved(P<0.05),and the improvement degree of the treatment group was more significant,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in environmental and social relationships between the two groups of patients before and after treatment(P>0.05).7.Safety indicators: All patients have stable vital signs,no discomfort or allergic reactions,and there is no significant difference in safety indicators such as liver and kidney function before and after treatment.Conclusion:1.Ningjidingxin decoction can reduce the total score of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes and the score of individual TCM syndromes in patients with premature ventricular complexes(heart and spleen deficiency syndrome),and improve the relevant clinical symptoms of TCM in patients with palpitations;2.Ningjidingxin decoction can reduce the number of premature ventricular complexes in patients with heart and spleen deficiency syndrome,reduce the risk grading of premature ventricular complexes,and significantly improve the severity of patients’ premature ventricular complexes;3.Ningjidingxin decoction can change the heart rate variability of patients with premature ventricular complexes(deficiency of both heart and spleen)and improve the autonomic Neuromodulation;4.Ningjidingxin decoction can improve the quality of life of patients with premature ventricular complexes(heart spleen deficiency syndrome);5.Ningjidingxin decoction has no obvious adverse reactions and is safe and reliable.
