Analysis Of Compatibility Of Traditional Chinese Medicine For Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy(Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type)

Objective:Using the method of "real world study" analyzes the drug characteristics and compatibility rules of the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine for the treatment of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy(Qi stagnation and blood stasis type),and explores the treatment rules of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy(Qi stagnation and blood stasis type).Summarizes the clinical treatment experience to achieve the purpose of guiding refinement and better meet the efficacy.Methods:Collection of heilongjiang university first affiliated hospital of traditional Chinese medicine orthopedics(Qi stagnation and blood stasis type)on Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy 218 cases.In strict accordance with the inclusion criteria will conform to the requirements of the medical records in order,establishing a database.The prescription of medical record information input of auxiliary platform,Four gas mixed with platform to drugs,drugs,frequency of usage,the core for statistical analysis and potential New Zealand etc,and the statistical results are discussed to explore Chinese medicine treatment of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy(Qi stagnation and blood stasis type)drug compatibility.Results:1.Four qi,five magnitudes and meridians of the drugs used analysis results:Four gas drugs with fever cold,warm medicine frequency is highest,flat and cold medicine,Warm drugs accounted for 53.58%,sexual medicine accounted for 24.98%,cold sex medicine accounted for 16.04%,for cold medicine accounted for 3.91%,hot sex medicine accounted for 1.48%;In the majority with adjuvant,bitter medicine take second place;Drugs to the is given priority to with liver,spleen,heart sutra.Traditional Chinese medicine efficacy results suggest that,the highest frequency of virtual classes,accounted for 29.11%,followed by promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,nourish and expelling rheumatism.2.Drug use frequency analysis results: All the prescription of the communist party of China contains 175 kinds of Chinese medicine,through the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine auxiliary platform analysis,all the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the total frequency of 2958 times,top ten Chinese medicine medicinal frequency are:(1)ligusticum wallichii 174 times;(2)angelica sinensis 169 times;(3)notopterygium 134times;(4)poria cocos 129 times;(5)carthamus tinctorius 80 times;(6)Radix gentianae macrophyllae77 times;(7)All landowners eucommia ulmoides
