Research On The Syndrome And Treatment Of Shao Yin Disease In Yu Genchu’s "Tong Su Shang Han Lun"

Objective: By sorting out the theoretical origins of Yu Genchu and the relevant research of modern scholars,on the basis of Yu’s six meridian discrimination and treatment system,clearing Yu Genchu’s understanding of the connotation,pathogenesis and treatment of Shaoyin disease,exploring and establishing the theory and methodological system of Yu Genchu’s dialectical treatment of Shaoyin disease by integrating cold disease study and warm disease study.which is to provides new ideas for the modern diagnosis and treatment of Shaoyin disease by integrating cold disease study and warm disease study.Methods and content: This study takes “Zeng Ding Tong Su Shang Han Lun ” as the main research object,and conducts research from three aspects through literature collation,analytical induction,and comparative summary:1.the research of Yu Genchu’s six meridian discrimination and treatment system in Tong Su Shang Han Lun.2.the study of organizing Yu Genchu’s theoretical methods and drugs for the treatment of Shaoyin disease in Tong Su Shang Han Lun,and discussing the thinking of discrimination.3.the research of later scholars’ s applied in the theory of Yu Genchu’s Shaoyin discrimination and treatment.Results:1.For human physiology,Yu Genchu believed that the six meridians can unify all parts of the human body,and regard the internal organs and meridians as the foundation of the six meridians,and the six meridians work by qi transformation.For human’s disease,Yu Genchu believes that "Shanghan includes all diseases of the human body",has the opinion of all diseases can be treated through Yu’s six meridian discrimination and treatment system,proposes that " the six meridians must be seen separately,and they must also be looked at together ";remove the cause,regulate the qi transformation and pass through stagnation;six meridian pathogenesis and treatment rely on Yangming,consolidate and maintain healthy trends.2.In Tong Su Shang Han Lun,the theoretical structure of Shaoyin disease is centered on the physiological pathology of Shaoyin in the "Huang Di Nei Jing",and Zhongjing’s dialectical treatment of Shaoyin as the axis,and the discriminatory thinking of various schools in later generations has become a round.Yu’s diagnosis method is perfect,and tongue diagnosis,pulse diagnosis,and abdominal diagnosis are important means to distinguish between Shaoyin surface and inside,cold and heat,false and empirical evidence.The treatment of Shaoyin disease involves the 18 sections.Under the law of three-chemical transmission(hydration,cremation,and water-fire combination),the disease symptoms are divided into cold evidence,heat evidence,cold and hot miscellaneous evidence;the treatment is different from scattering yin,clear yang,and harmonizing yin and yang.There are three major characteristics of prescription drugs for Shaoyin disease:(1)The supplement method is the main method,and the warm method,the Qing method,and the sweat method are used together;(2)Flexible addition and subtraction with light drugs,in which cold drugs and warm drugs are used at the same time;(3)There are many therapeutic dosage forms,and the proportions and dosage methods are different,both of which are aimed at harmonizing yin and yang.Yu’s characteristic thinking in the process of identifying and treating Shaoyin disease has three points:(1)The identification and treatment of Shaoyin disease involves the identification and treatment of physical constitution,which has an important impact on the incidence of Shaoyin,and Yu often uses follow-up methods to correct the bias of physical constitution after disease treatment;(2)Shaoyin is the pivot of fire and water,and the function of the cardinal of Shaoyin can be exerted through adjustment,and the balance of yin and yang between upper and lower,inside and outside can be restored.Yu’s adjustment uses Yingwei as the smallest yin and yang unit to replenish qi and blood and balance yin and yang.The prescriptions used all have the mechanism of harmonizing,using Baishao,Shengdi,Shoudi and other medicine to replenish yin,using Guizhi,Rougui,Muli,Ganjiang,Fuzi and other medicine to warm the yang,nourishing yin and submerged yang,returning yang and yin medicine,and achieving neutralization by balancing the yin and yang of the diseased body;(3)There are often anti-evil reactions in the process of treatment and recovery of oligonegative disease,and doctors should be clear about the mechanism and calmly deal with it.Shaoyin disease often borrows the meridians and organs of the Taiyang Meridian and Yangming Meridian as channels to follow the trend to get rid of diseases.3.Based on the classical study and clinical treatment experience,later generations of doctors supplemented and applied Yu Genchu’s dialectical theories of Shaoyin disease: Mr.He Lianchen added the dialectical treatment of heat fever,dry disease,fire disease,and blood evidence;Mr.Xu Rongzhai interprets the pulse from the perspective of integrated Chinese and Western medicine,and applies Yu’s theory to gynecological diagnosis and treatment;Director Shen Yuanliang inherited Yu’s view of treatment and reco very,and systematically sorted out the four seasons of treatment for kidney disease;The instructor distinguishes the difference between the Xin and Xinbao to clarify the development direction and prevention of Shaoyin and Jueyin,and proposes the quysique of Ying Xue Re,treats Shaoyin disease by identifying constitutions.Conclusion:1.The unification of cold and temperature at the beginning of Yu Genchu is based on the systematic understanding of human physiological pathology,and adopts a variety of dialectical methods led by the six meridians and supplemented by Wei qi ying xue differentiation,so that drugs can be prescribed from the cold and temperature theory.2.Yu Genchu’s identification and treatment of Shaoyin disease,although external sensation induces Shaoyin disease as the basis,but based on the fact that Shaoyin is relatively located in the inner layer of the human body,most of the Shaoyin disease is still a disease due to internal and external feelings,so Yu’s theory of distinguishing and treating Shaoyin disease outside also includes the idea of identifying and treating internal injuries and less yin.3.With the development and change of modern medical theory and clinical diseases,later generations of doctors have given new solutions to the theory of the identification and treatment of Yu’s Shaoyin disease,and applied and brought into play.
