| In 2015,China proposed a new task to promote the construction of "Health China" and in2016 it was upgraded to a national strategy.It is clearly stated in the documents related to the Health China strategy that: to improve the health level of all people in China,to promote the physical fitness of all people,to vigorously develop traditional sports with national characteristics such as taijiquan and fitness qigong,to develop national fitness programs,and to enhance national fitness guidance services,with the main purpose of improving the physical health of people,solving the problem of "disease prevention" in China,and promoting healthy aging.The main purpose is to improve people’s physical health,solve the problem of "prevention of diseases" and promote healthy aging.The "Health China 2030 Plan" also proposes the integration model of physical medicine,requiring the establishment of a more complete library of targeted exercise prescriptions,the development of scientific fitness campaigns for all people,and the development of exercise prescriptions to enhance the physical fitness of the people and improve the quality of life.Related research data show that due to the increase of age,the level of physical function and function of middle-aged and elderly people in China is constantly declining,and there are often problems such as decline of muscle strength,high incidence of spinal diseases,decreased balance ability,decreased range of motion of joints,and weakened elasticity of muscle and ligament.Traditional sports in promoting people play an important role in body health,health qigong is an important part of national traditional sports,also is the main path,middle-aged and old group the 12-Step Daoyin Health Preservation is one of the traditional sports health qigong health class achievement method,has the obvious medical pertinence,Achievement method sets the motherland medical theory,guiding and keeping in good health,physical exercise,mental training and other related content,with ease from physical fitness,prolong life,and not cure disease,achievement method routine exercise each part of the overall coordination,is suitable for adults,especially suitable for middle-aged and old group for fitness exercise.Under the background of the rise of healthy China as a national strategy,fitness Qigong should serve the healthy aging and scientific fitness in China,so as to deal with the aging society by fitness "curing diseases".In this study,the characteristics of gas metabolism and energy consumption,kinematics and surface electromyography characteristics of the twelve methods of guided fitness exercise were investigated,so as to provide a reference for the control of exercise intensity in fitness programs and the formulation of targeted fitness guidance programs for middle-aged and elderly people.In this paper,using the methods of literature,expert interview,measurement and mathematical statistics,18 long-term practitioners of fitness qigong in Hebei province were used as experimental test subjects to measure the gas metabolism of the entire set of 12 methods of Guiding and Health Gong,as well as the kinematic and electromyographic characteristics of the 12 single movements.Equivalent,oxygen uptake,respiratory rate,ventilation,heart rate and other index data;the Italian BTS FREEEMG300 wireless surface electromyography,the United States Cortex three-dimensional motion capture motion system to measure the integral electromyography,muscle contribution rate,knee joint angle,hip joint angle,shoulder and hip angle and other index data.Through the statistical analysis of the index data of gas metabolism and the analysis of the kinematic and muscle exertion characteristics of each movement stage of the single-form movement,the in-depth research on the intensity of gongfu movement,joint angle of single-form movement,muscle exertion characteristics and rules,combined with the functional anatomy of skeletal muscles and the problems of middle and old age groups to explore the fitness function and efficacy of each single-form movement,to provide the theoretical basis for the selection of fitness movement and the formulation of fitness guidance program for middle and old age groups.It will provide the theoretical basis for the selection of fitness movements and the formulation of fitness programs for middle and old age groups,and achieve targeted and scientific fitness.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)According to the data obtained by Cosmed gas metabolism analyzer,the 12-Step Daoyin Health Preservation care belong to aerobic exercise,exercise intensity belongs to low intensity,high safety factor,soft and slow exercise process,full of rhythm,systemic characteristics,meet the elderly fitness groups exercise intensity and load requirements.(2)The upper arm muscle groups of the twelve single exercises,biceps brachialis,triceps brachialis and brachioradialis,have a high degree of activation.The movements of "hook hand and wrist rotation" confirm the action requirements of "every movement must rotate,work slightly in joint",and pay attention to optimizing the exercise of the distal muscles and joints;The latissimus dorsi,rectus abdominis and erector spine muscles were highly activated.The writhing and bending movements with the waist as the axis stimulated more motor neurons,reflecting the action characteristics of "life at the waist" and focusing on strengthening the body posture.Lower extremity muscle group tibialis anterior muscle,gastrocnemius muscle with quadriceps femoris,biceps femoris,gluteus maximus contractions,so that the hip,knee flexion and extension and ankle joint back,plantarflexion,maintain the stability of the body while maintaining the balance of lower limb movement.(3)According to the movement characteristics and the problems existing in the middleaged and elderly groups,the single-style movement can be divided into four categories according to the fitness function and efficacy: strengthening muscle strength,enhancing balance,stretching the spine and enhancing the range of motion of the joint.In the classification of muscle strength enhancement,the single movements with significant influence on the muscle strength of lower extremity are the Lao Ji Fu Li,Ji Chang Guan Shi,Fu Rong Chu shui,and Ping Sha Luo Yan;The single movements with significant influence on the core strength enhancement include the Xi Niu Wang Yue,Qian Yuan Qi Yun,Fu Rong Chu shui,and Ping Sha Luo Yan;The single movement which has significant influence on the strength of waist and back muscle is Lao Ji Fu Li,Gong Shen Dan Xue,Ping sha Luo Yan,Feng Huang Lai Yi;Enhance the strength of the shoulder joint muscle has a significant impact on the single action of Shuang Yu Xuan Ge,Ji Chang Guan Shi and Fu Rong Chu shui.(4)The single movements that have significant influence on enhancing the balance ability are Ping Sha Luo Yan,Fu Rong Chu shui,Ji Chang Guan Shi,and Jin Ji Bao Xiao.The single movements that have significant influence on stretching the spine are Lao Ji Fu Li,Feng Huang Lai Yi,Ping Sha Luo Yan,Gong Shen Dan Xue.The single movements that have significant influence on strengthening the range of motion of shoulder,hip,knee and ankle are different. |
