| With the support and encouragement of the state for the health industry,the policy of the large health industry benefited,and the health industry ushered in excellent opportunities for development,at the same time leading to a health care industry,so that the health care service consumption market has a huge space and potential for development.However,with the approach of social capital,the market for health care services has become more competitive,and how to survive and develop as a member of this industry in a rapidly changing market becomes an urgent issue.Miao Ren Kang Ju has a long-standing phenomenon of heavy technology and light management,and lacks a medium to long-term fit for its own marketing strategy,this paper uses it as the research object,combined with the related theory of marketing,mainly based on the 7p marketing combination theory to analyze the marketing status of Miao Ren Kang Ju traditional Chinese medicine health care services,combined with the analysis of the internal and external environments of the institutions,To enquire the existing marketing strategies of Muren Kangju TCM health care services and to optimize their marketing strategies,and to propose safeguard implementation measures,first,to elaborate the current characteristics of the development status and marketing of TCM health care services in China,second,based on 7p theory,combine891 questionnaire data to analyze the marketing status of Muren Kangju TCM health care services,summarize the problems and causes,and again,The macro environment and industry environment of TCM health care service were analyzed using the PEST analysis model and Porter’s five force model,after which the optimization design of marketing strategy was conducted from the perspective of 7p theory by combining STP location theory.Finally,the safety measures should be established to promote the smooth progress of the optimization efforts of marketing strategies.It is hoped that the research herein may help Meiren Kangju to seize development opportunities for sustained health development in the context of new markets in new times,while providing references and lessons for other service agencies in the same industry. |
