| Objective:In this study,the standard establishment program was used to develop the prevention behavior scale for refracture after vertebroplasty from three dimensions of prevention knowledge,prevention attitude and prevention behavior,and the reliability and validity of the psychological measurement attributes were tested,in order toevaluate the level of refracture prevention in patients after vertebroplasty more scientifically,accurately and comprehensively,develop interventions to provide foundational tool support.Methods:Part I:From August 2021 to February 2022,using the Knowledge-Attitude-Practice theory as a reference model,a pool of items of prevention behavior scale for refracture after vertebroplasty was established based on expert interviews and literature research.15 experts from related fields in China were selected to conduct two rounds of delphi method consultation,and the results were statistically analyzed to form a pre-survey version of the scale.Using the convenience sampling method,50 patients after vertebroplasty were selected for screening by pre-survey in March 2022 from a Grade III,Class A hospital in Hefei,and the clinical test version of the scale was constructed combined with the pre-survey results.PartⅡ:Using the convenience sampling method,a face-to-face study was conducted in 211 patients who underwent vertebroplasty in a Grade III,Class A hospital in Hefei from April to June 2022,to perform the project analysis,validity test(content validity,criterion-related validity,exploratory factor analysis),and reliability test(internal consistency,half reliability,test-retest reliability).From July to September 2022,220 additional patients after vertebroplasty were selected for confirmatory factor analysis,and the Chinese version of Health Promotion Lifestyle Scale was used as the criterion scale to analyze the criterion-related validity of the scale.Results:Part I:In the first round of expert letters,16 questionnaires were distributed and 15 valid questionnaires were recovered.In the second round of expert letters,15 questionnaires were distributed and 14 valid questionnaires were recovered.After 2 rounds of expert letter inquiries,a pool of 31 items including 3dimensions of prevention knowledge,prevention attitude and prevention behavior was formed.The effective recovery rates of the two rounds of expert letter questionnaires were 93.75%(15/16)and 93.33%(14/15),the expert authority coefficient was 0.918 and 0.907,the Kendall’s coordination coefficient was 0.297and 0.514(P<0.001).PartⅡ:The analysis results of the project analysis show that the CR value of clinical test version was 2.283 to 10.168,the correlation coefficient of the item-total score was 0.231 to 0.739,and the Cronbach’sαcoefficient after deleting every item was 0.937 to 0.942;After reliability and validity test,the prevention behavior scale for refracture after vertebroplasty with three factors(28items),accountingfor 67.508%of the totalvariance,was finally obtained.The item-level content validity index(I-CVI),scale-level content validity index(S-CVI)and criterion-relatedvalidity were 0.87 to 1.00,0.94 and 0.823,respectively.The overall Cronbach’sa coefficient,split-half reliability and the test-retest reliability of official version scale were 0.943,0.727 and 0.809.The confirmatory factor analysis showed that X~2/df=1.476,RMSEA=0.047,RMR=0.041,CFI=0.967,IFI=0.967,and NFI=0.905.Conclusion:The application of the delphi method can obtain relatively reliable results by gathering expert opinions and provide a basis for the construction of prevention behavior scale for refracture after vertebroplasty in this study.The official version of scale of refracture prevention behavior for patients after vertebroplasty includes three dimensions of prevention knowledge,prevention attitude and prevention behavior,with a total of 28 items,which has good psychological measurement properties and can be used as a reliable tool to evaluate the refracture prevention behavior in patients after vertebroplasty. |
