Studies have shown that individuals with chronic low back pain lack proper core muscle recruitment and exhibit core weakness, which can lead to spinal instability, poor posture and varying degrees of musculoskeletal injury. Therefore,a clearer understanding of the activity patterns of core muscles and the abnormal patterns of core muscles in patients with low back pain will help to propose and implement more effective functional rehabilitation training programs. This thesis studies the activity patterns of core muscle groups under different training movements. The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)Design of research method for core muscle group activity pattern combining Amode ultrasound and surface electromyography.According to the characteristics of the study, the acquisition scheme of A-mode ultrasound and surface EMG signal was selected, the characteristics of A-mode ultrasound and surface EMG signal were extracted and fused, and the method of muscle thickness feature extraction of A-mode ultrasonic signal was proposed. The feature fusion analysis of core muscle activity pattern was realized by using NMF algorithm.(2)Exploration experiment of core muscle activity pattern between normal people and patients with low back pain.Eight normal subjects and four low back pain subjects were recruited to participate in the experiment. The overall experiment plan and procedure were designed, and the A-mode ultrasonic signal and surface EMG signal were collected and processed by normal subjects and low back pain subjects under different experimental movements.(3)Study and analysis of core muscle activity pattern between normal subjects and patients with low back pain.Firstly, the A-mode ultrasound and surface EMG characteristics of the core muscle group were analyzed to simply reflect the differences in muscle activity.Secondly, the surface EMG signal and A-mode ultrasonic signal characteristics were combined to analyze the synergistic pattern of core muscle, which confirmed that there were differences in the synergistic pattern of core muscle between normal people and patients with low back pain. Finally, through the collaborative model of core muscle group, the degree of muscle activation was modeled, and the degree and timing of core muscle activation were studied between normal people and patients with low back pain. The results showed that the difference of core muscle activity pattern between patients with low back pain and normal people was mainly reflected in the abnormal activation of deep muscle multifidus muscle, transverse abdominis muscle and quadratus lumborum muscle.Secondly, the function of the abdominal external oblique and erector spinae muscles also decreased slightly in patients with low back pain.To sum up,the thesis proposes the research method of core muscle activity pattern combining surface electromyography and A-mode ultrasound, and completes the research experiment of core muscle activity pattern between normal people and patients with low back pain.Data analysis reflects the abnormal core muscle activity pattern in patients with low back pain, providing theoretical reference for core muscle training and low back pain rehabilitation. |
