Objective:This article observes the clinical effect of Gandouling decoction and cognitive behavioural therapy on impulse control disorder in patients with sputum and blood stasis Wilson disease, and provides new ideas for the treatment of the disease. Methods: 90 patients with WD with ICD were randomly divided into control group,CBT group and joint group, with 30 cases in each group;the control group was given conventional treatment of Western medicine(DMPS + espipeptide oxalate),CBT group was given conventional treatment with CBT and controlled group, and the joint group was given liver bean ling deco Behavioural therapy + control group routine treatment,8days is a course of treatment,4 courses of treatment.Statistical Barratt impulse scale(BIS-11),Buss-Perry attack questionnaire(BPAQ),modified explicit attack behaviour scale(MOAS),TCM syndrome score, side reaction scale(TESS)score before and after treatment, efficacy evaluation and discussion score after treatment Analyse.Results:(1)Clinical efficacy: The treatment efficiency of the combined group after treatment is 96.43%,the treatment efficiency of the CBT group is 85.19%,the treatment efficiency of the control group is 71.14%,and the treatment efficiency of the combined group is better than that of the CBT group and the control group. The difference is statistically significant(P<0.05)(2)Comparison of BIS-11 score,BPAQ score,MOAS score, and pre-treatment group comparison of TCM syndrome differentiation(P>0.05)indicates that the data is non-differentiable and comparable. After treatment, the comparison between each scale group(P<0.05)showed that all three groups achieved curative effect after treatment. After treatment, the scores of each scale were compared among the groups. The combined group was lower than the CBT group and the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(3)Results of the side reaction scale: 3 cases(10.71%)in the control group,2 cases(7.40%)in the CBT group, and 1 case(3.57%)in the joint group.Conclusion:(1)WD patients can be accompanied by ICD and have various clinical symptoms.(2)Gandouling decoction combined with CBT can significantly improve the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis of WD with ICD.(3)Gandouling decoction combined with CBT can effectively improve the ICD symptoms of WD patients with phlegm and blood stasis, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
