Guangzhou Municipal Health Supervision Agency Responds To Emergency Public Health Research On The Evaluation Of Emergency Response Capability

As an integral part of my country’s health administrative agencies,health supervision agencies play an important role in public health emergencies.This paper takes Guangzhou health supervision institutions as the object,and uses questionnaires to investigate the current situation of public health emergencies in Guangzhou health supervision institutions from the aspects of organization construction,early warning monitoring,emergency materials,emergency plans and emergency training exercises.On the basis of the research,the evaluation index system of the emergency response capability of public health emergencies of Guangzhou health supervision institutions is constructed;the importance of each evaluation index is determined by the method of expert scoring,and the combination of the analytic hierarchy process and the triangular fuzzy number method is used to determine the importance of each evaluation index.The weight of each evaluation index of the emergency response capability of public health emergencies in Guangzhou health supervision institutions is analyzed,and the overall emergency response capability of Guangzhou health supervision institutions is evaluated by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.From the dimensions of organization,early warning and monitoring,emergency plans,emergency materials,and emergency training and drills,suggestions are put forward to improve the emergency response capacity of public health supervision institutions in Guangzhou.The study found that the evaluation indicators selected in this paper can better cover all dimensions of the emergency response capacity of Guangzhou health supervision institutions,the evaluation method is feasible and operable,and the evaluation results can more objectively reflect public health emergencies in Guangzhou health supervision institutions.The status quo of emergency response capability and the weight of evaluation indicators,among the evaluation indicators of public health emergencies emergency capability of Guangzhou Municipal Health Supervision Agency,the three indicators of early warning supervision,organizational construction and emergency materials have relatively large weights at the criterion level;The top rankings mainly include detection network coverage,smooth information transmission,leading group,activity funds,and the perfection of emergency training systems.In terms of the evaluation results of emergency response capabilities,the overall evaluation of the emergency response capabilities of public health supervision agencies in Guangzhou is "good(high)",which can be competent for various tasks that should be responsible in the process of emergency response to public health emergencies.However,there are still some deficiencies in the five dimensions that reflect the emergency response capability and need to be further improved.The main text is 41,000 words in total,with 61 referenc...
