Research On The Influencing Factors,Configuration Paths,and Service Modes Of The Value Realization Of Medical And Health Big Data

China is currently facing major changes that have not occurred in a century.With the new demographic situation and the promotion of the "Healthy China" strategy,the construction of medical information technology is increasingly receiving national attention.Based on field research and from the perspective of user information anxiety,this study explores the generation mechanism of information anxiety when users face medical and health big data.After sorting out the relationship between information anxiety reduction and the realization of the value of medical and health big data,it deeply explores the factors that affect the realization of the value of medical and health big data,and constructs a configuration path of factors that affect the realization of the value of medical and health big data through questionnaires and qualitative analysis.The research aims to alleviate user information anxiety,reorganize the medical information system system,and integrate it with the new features of digital intelligent medicine to build a medical health big data value realization service model and propose value realization strategies.The main research contents of this article are as follows:Firstly,using the phenomenon of health information anxiety as a starting point,we explored the value realization and influencing factors of medical health big data through experimental methods.Using the method of random field experiments,a field survey was conducted on specific medical institutions,and a randomized controlled experiment was conducted for specific medical and health big data enabling scenarios.Through experimental observation and comparison of the behavioral characteristics of different users,it was demonstrated that the existence of user health information anxiety and the value of medical and health big data are realizable and empowering,and it was found that information anxiety can bring negative effects to users,It is not conducive to the realization of the value of medical and health big data,thereby proving that the reduction of user information anxiety is conducive to the realization of the value of medical and health big data.At the same time,based on the experimental results,we further summarized the factors that affect the realization of the value of medical and health big data,and based on information anxiety theory and MOA theoretical models,combined with the above influencing factors,constructed a conditional variable model.Secondly,the configuration path for realizing the value of medical and health big data is discussed in detail through questionnaires and fs QCA methods.Taking doctors and medical users in specific medical institutions as research objects,collect relevant data through questionnaire surveys,and use the fs QCA method to explore and discuss in detail the configuration paths that affect the value realization of medical and health big data,in order to clarify its internal mechanism and logic.Research has found that the six influencing factors proposed in this article can all affect user information anxiety relief,and can all have varying degrees of impact on the value realization of medical and health big data.The study generated a total of 6 configuration paths.By analyzing these configuration paths,it is possible to gain a deeper understanding of the impact of various factors on user information anxiety,which can serve as a basis for relieving user information anxiety and promoting the realization of the value of medical health big data.Finally,based on the experimental results,combined with information anxiety theory,MOA theoretical model,and other relevant theories,with the goal of relieving user information anxiety,construct a medical health big data value realization service model and elaborate the medical health big data realization strategy.Guided by Marx’s philosophy of dialectical materialism,and based on information lifecycle management theory and C-P-S triple world theory,a medical service model driven by medical and health big data should be constructed.At the same time,the research believes that its development should fully absorb past research results and implementation experience,reflect on lessons learned and shortcomings,and its construction must not be rushed for immediate success,Therefore,a strategy for realizing the value of medical and health big data is proposed from four aspects: thinking about danger,thinking about retreat,thinking about change,and thinking about progress.This study provides a bridge and link between top-level design and digital and intelligent medical information utilization and services,such as medical informatization construction and medical health big data governance in China.At the theoretical level,by integrating philosophical thinking and information resource management discipline based thinking,it has enriched relevant theories and research on information anxiety,user behavior,and the realization of the value of medical health big data,providing theoretical ideas for the construction of digital intelligent medical services and digital intelligent medical services.At the practical level,it responds to the needs of the "Healthy China" strategy for research on medical and health big data governance and medical informatization construction,providing influencing factors for medical service institutions to improve informatization construction,improve digital transformation,and improve user experience,which is conducive to improving the user experience of medical care and patients.At the same time,the research has a practical guiding role in promoting the modernization of healthcare big data governance capabilities and governance systems,and is conducive to promoting the development of China’s healthcare industry and the implementation of the "Healthy China" strategy.
