| Research purpose:This study provides a reference for clinical diagnosis of hip prosthesis loosening after artificial joint replacement by retrospective case analysis of different cases of prosthesis loosening after artificial joint replacement.Materials and methods:The medical records of 163 patients from March 2016 to March2022 were reviewed and collected.According to the standard of prosthesis looseness determined after joint revision surgery,a retrospective analysis was conducted.By comparing the clinical symptoms of patients before surgery, physical examination(flexion, extension and rotation of hip joint, limb length),and imaging data(X-ray,CT,MRI).The loosening of prosthesis was judged and analyzed by comparison between groups.Result:128 cases of acetabular side loosening after artificial hip replacement and 98 cases of femur side loosening could be diagnosed by clinical symptoms, clinical physical examination,X-ray,CT,MRI.4 cases of acetabular lateral loosening after artificial hip replacement could be diagnosed by clinical symptoms, clinical physical examination,CT and MRI.3 cases of femoral lateral loosening after artificial hip replacement could be diagnosed by clinical symptoms, clinical physical examination,CT and MRI.2 cases of acetabular lateral loosening after artificial hip replacement could be diagnosed by clinical symptoms and physical examination, and 1 case of femur lateral loosening after artificial hip replacement could be diagnosed by clinical symptoms and physical examination. Conclusion:Clinical symptoms, clinical physical examination is an indispensable and important method and means to judge prosthesis looseness.X-ray film is the main diagnostic method to judge prosthesis looseness.ECT can improve the accuracy of diagnosis of prosthesis looseness after artificial hip replacement. |
