Objective:To understand the distribution and characteristics of allergens in hospitalized children,so as to provide help for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of allergic diseases.Methods: Patients hospitalized in the pediatric ward of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from September 1,2020 to February 1,2023 were collected.The clinical data of 1155 children aged 16 years who had received serum total IgE and specific IgE antibody detection were collected,including 725 males and 430 females.The patients were grouped according to the type of allergen,age,sex,level of s IgE antibody,different systemic diseases,number of allergens and season.SPSS26.0statistical software was used to analyze the data,and chi-square test was used to compare the differences between groups.Results:1.Overall distribution: The s IgE positive rate of 1155 children was 66.3%.The most common positive allergens were house dust mites,beef and milk.The positive rate of inhalation allergen s IgE was higher than that of ingestion allergen.2.The positive rate of s IgE was higher in school age group.The s IgE positive rate of cat dander,milk dander,dog dander and egg white infant group was higher.3.The sensitization rate of mild allergens was significantly higher than that of moderate and severe allergens.The rate of moderate and severe allergy in inhaled allergens was higher than other allergens.The incidence of moderate and severe beef allergy in ingestion allergens was higher than other allergens.4.The main diseases were respiratory group(35.0%)and skin group(34.5%).The positive rate of s IgE in skin group and digestive group was higher in infant group.The positive rate of s IgE in respiratory group was higher in infant group and pre-school age group.The positive rate of s IgE was higher in school age group and adolescent group.5.The multiple sensitization rate was higher than the single uniform sensitization rate.6.The s IgE positive rate of cat dander,crab dander,dog dander,cockroach,shellfish,egg white,milk and fish was higher in autumn and winter.The s IgE positive rate of house dust mite,mulberry and shrimp was higher in autumn.The positive rates of s IgE in house dust,cashew nut,mold mixture and mutton were higher in winter.The s IgE positive rate of dwarf ragweed was higher in summer.The positive rate of beef s IgE was higher in spring than in summer.Conclusions:1.Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus was the most predominant allergen in hospitalized children,followed by beef and milk.There were more inhaled allergens than food allergens.Mild sensitization to the same allergen was significantly higher than that of moderate to severe sensitization.Multiple sensitization was the main type of allergen sensitization.2.The allergic status of hospitalized children varies with age,disease and season.Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus sensitization was mainly in preschool and school age.Cat dander,dog dander,milk and egg white were the main allergens in infancy.Skin and respiratory diseases are the most common causes of allergen sensitization,and a variety of diseases can coexist.Autumn and winter are the high incidence seasons of allergen sensitization in children.
