| Objective: To analyze the influencing factors of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)in children, and to provide suggestions for the monitoring of ADHD in children with high risk factors according to the research results.Methods:Eighty-six children with ADHD in the pediatric clinic of Affiliated Hospital of Yan’an University from October 1,2021 to December 31,2022 were selected as the case group, and 192 healthy children in the pediatric clinic were selected as the control group. All the children filled in the self-made questionnaire to collect the general situation of the children, the mother’s pregnancy situation, the children’s own situation, family situation and other social factors, and the variables were analyzed by chi-square test, and the number of children with statistically significant differences was further analyzed by binary Logistic regression.Result:(1)A total of 278 subjects were included in this study, including 192 non-ADHD children and 86 ADHD children, accounting for 30.94%.(2)There were 168 male children,61 children with ADHD,accounting for 36.31%;There were 110 female children, and 25 children with ADHD,accounting for 22.73%;The ratio of male to female was 2.44:1,and the risk of male children was higher than that of female children.(3)There were 95 children under 6 years old, accounting for 34.17%.There were 73 children aged 6-9 years, accounting for 26.26%.There were 110 children aged ≥9 years, accounting for 39.57%.The difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).(4)Among the subtypes of ADHD,there were 19 cases of attention deficit type, accounting for 22.09%,20 cases of hyperactive and impulsive type, accounting for 23.25%,and 47 cases of mixed type, accounting for 54.66%.(5)Univariate analysis showed that the variables with statistical significance were gender,full-term or not, intrauterine hypoxia, asphyxia or rescue after birth, maternal exposure to second-hand smoke during pregnancy, maternal use of acetaminophen during pregnancy, maternal hypothyroidism during pregnancy, breastfeeding during infancy, intracranial infection, love to eat snacks, eczema, head trauma, and frequent noisy parents Rack, domestic violence, parenting style,etc.(6)Logistic regression analysis showed that breastfeeding in infancy(OR=0.457,95%CI: 0.246-0.850)was a protective factor for ADHD children.Long-term exposure to secondhand smoke during pregnancy(OR=2.276,95%CI: 1.203-4.305),acetaminophen use during pregnancy(OR=3.249,95%CI: 1.262-8.362),frequent parental fighting(OR=2.297,95%CI: 1.203-4.305)1.012-5.212),head trauma(OR=2.857,95%CI:1.106-7.378),and intracranial infection(OR=3.040,95%CI: 1.068-8.654)were risk factors for ADHD children.Conclusion:(1)ADHD was related to gender, but not to age.The ratio of male to female was2.44:1,and the risk of male children was higher than that of female children.(2)In the classification of ADHD children, the mixed type was more common, accounting for 54.66%.(3)The analysis of influencing factors in children with ADHD showed that breastfeeding in infancy was a protective factor for children with ADHD.The risk factors for children with ADHD included maternal exposure to secondhand smoke during pregnancy, use of acetaminophen during pregnancy, frequent parental quarrel, head trauma, and intracranial infection in children. |
