Background and Objective: As a common disease of biliary tract, common bile duct stones(CBDS)has the incidence rate is as high as 10%.It is also a common etiology of biliary obstruction and acute pancreatitis. At present, the treatment of CBDS has been gradually replaced open choledocholithotomy by more minimally invasive methods.LCBDE has been widely used and recognized because of its minimally invasive and low incidence of complications. However, there are still some disputes about the use of primary suture(PS)or T-tube drainage(TTD)of LCBDE.Many studies believe that the PS of LCBDE has similar or even better curative effect than TTD.The purpose of this study was to compare the efficacy of TTD and PS in the treatment of patients with CBDS during laparoscopic common bile duct exploration(LCBDE),and to analyze the advantages of the operation. Methods: 32 patients with CBDS treated in Zhongda Hospital Affiliated to Southeast University from April 2020 to April 2021.They were randomly divided into PS group and TTD group. We compared he related indexes of operation and hospitalization between the two groups. Results: The success rate of PS and TTD group were namely 93.75% and 100,the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05);The incidence of complications, operation time, hospitalization expenses, postoperative hospitalization time and quality of life of GIQLI in PS group were better than those TTD group(P < 0.05).Conclusions: This study preliminarily confirmed that the PS is safe and effective on the basis of strictly mastering the indications, and has the advantages of simple operation, small trauma, fast recovery, low cost, high postoperative quality of life, and the overall effect is better than TTD,which can be popularized in clinical practice.
