Objective:Tocompare the postoperativeefficacy during hospitalization of laparoscopic common bile duct explorationfollowed by primary duct closure or T tube drainage for the patients ill with extrahepatic bile duct stone disease.Method:50 cases of patients from our hospital with LCBDE were divided into two groups.First group:25 patients were treated with laparoscopic common bile duct exploration and T tube drainage;second group:25 patients were treated with laparoscopic common bile duct exploration followed by primary duct closure.Result:Compared with the firstgroup, the secend group have the advantage ofpostoperative pain, peritoneal drainage time, postoperativehospital stay. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No significant differences in incision infection,fever,intra-abdominal infection, bleeding, bile leak and changes in the hepatic of two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:For the patients with LCBDE who ill with extrahepatic bile duct stone disease, primary suture of common bile duct isbetter than T tube drainageunder certain conditions.
