Study On Normal Epidemic Prevention And Control In X District Of Nanchang City

The COVID-19 outbroke in the middle and late January in 2020 was the rapidest and widest spreading major public health emergencies and the hardest one to prevent and control since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,which had brought great difficulties to the related work of epidemic prevention and control.China announced that the country had entered the stage of regular epidemic prevention and control on April 29,2020.Since then,the epidemic situation in China has became sporadic,and small-scale epidemics occasionally occurred in some regions has been effectively controlled.The positive epidemic situation has been solidified,and social and economic life has quickly returned to normal.In 2021-2022,the overseas COVID-19 epidemics continued to occur at a high rate,especially with the emergence of the Delta,Omicron and other variants,which put huge pressure to China’s anti import of epidemics.Globally,the current COVID-19 epidemic is still in a pandemic situation,and it is a major public health event of great concern at home and abroad.District X is one of the downtown areas in Nanchang.Since the outbreak of the COVID-19,district X has carried out precise control and earnest implementation.Therefore the epidemic prevention and control situation in this district continued to be stable and successful,which ensured the life,health and safety of the people,and guaranteed the orderly progress of economic and social undertakings.However,the outbreak of COVID-19 also exposed some problems and weak links in the prevention and control of major epidemic outbreaks in district X.Taking the COVID-19 as an example,this paper explores the realization of a unified,efficient and authoritative regular prevention and control mechanism,via researching the regular prevention and control in response to major emergencies in District X of Nanchang.And it aims at making responses to major emergencies in a more scientific,standardized,rapid and effective way,thus minimizing casualties and economic losses caused by emergencies as far as possible.This paper obtains sufficient theoretical supports by combing the related literatures on major epidemic outbreaks at home and abroad firstly.Secondly,via analyzing the current situation of COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control in District X of Nanchang,we can further understand the internal laws,characteristics and trends of the occurrence and development of major epidemic outbreaks in this district.Also,we can clarify the work flows,stage divisions and main contents and practices of each work stage in this field.Then we explore the problems of COVID-19 prevention and control in District X of Nanchang and analyze the causes in depth.Finally,we put forward the normalized prevention and control measures for District X of Nanchang to deal with major pandemic outbreaks from the aspects of prevention and control system,command system,early warning mechanism,prevention system,and team building,etc.Meanwhile,we hope that the government and the public would attach great importance and pay wide attention to the major pandemic outbreaks,so as to promote the establishment and implementation of the epidemic normalization prevention and control mechanism,and explore a more scientific,comprehensive and efficient regular epidemic prevention and control mechanism and system.
