Objective To compare the postoperative efficacy of anterior cervical Zero-profile intervertebral healing and titanium plate intervertebral healing in the treatment of single and double levels of spondylotic coding spondylotic disease. Methods All 48 retrospective data analysis of clinical patients with cervical cord-type cervical spondylosis from September to June 2018 2020.Zero-p ancient graves group,single-segment,Examples 27 patients were treated with anterior titanium plate group, including 19 patients with 1 segment and 8 patients with 2 segment.Intraoperative bleeding, operative time, and incidence of postoperative dysphagia were recorded.Preoperative and postoperative hump Angle and intervertebral height were measured, and the Japanese Plastic Surgery AS-Society score was performed.Joa score, visual analog scale(VAS)and neck injury index(NDI)were used for postoperative evaluation.Result All 48 patients were followed up for 14-22 months, with an average follow-up time of 18.9±1.7 months.Postoperative JOA scores improved considerably compared with the preoperative assessment, while VAS and NDI scores decreased significantly compared to the preoperative assessment, with the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in JOA score,VAS score and NDI score(P < 0.05).On the other hand, compared with the titanium plate group(99.5±16.9)minute(P < 0.05),the processing time of the single-chip Zero-p group(78.4±11.1)minute which was shortened.Intraoperative bleeding in the noincision group was 70.3±12.0 m L,lower than which is in the titanium plate group(105.3±24.2 m L,P<0.05).2.The operation time of the Zero-p group was(109.0±4.2)minute,which was a lot shorter than titanium plate group(146.3±14.8)minute(P <0.05).Intraoperative bleeding(98.0±5.7 m L)was lower than the group of titanium plates(141.3±30.0 m L)(P < 0.05).Preoperative Cobb corner was(5.6±3.1)° in the Zero-p group and(6.5±4.1)° the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05)in the titanium plate group. Before surgery, the height of intervertebral space increased from 6.0±1.8 mm in the Zero-p group and 6.5±1.1 mm in the titanium plate group to 7.9±1.7 mm in the titanium plate group and 7.6±1.4 mm in the titanium plate group, with statistical significance(P < 0.05).No dysphagia was found in all patients before surgery. There were 0 cases(0%,0/21)of postoperative dysphagia in Zero-p group and 5 cases(18.52%,5/27)in titanium plate group(P < 0.05).Conclusion This study shows that Zero-p interbody fusion can reduce operative time, intraoperative bleeding, and dysphagia in both single-level and double-level procedures, compared with internal fixation with titanium plates.Figure:2;Table:4;Reference:128...
