| Schizophrenia is a group of serious mental disorders with unknown etiology.The neurocognitive function and social cognitive function of patients will still be impaired to varying degrees after their symptoms are cured clinically.The recovery of social cognitive function is an important determinant to improve the causal functional relationship between schizophrenia patients and the real world,among which emotion management is a crucial component.As the backbone of the family and society,the level of physical and mental health of young people is widely concerned.The cognitive impairment and positive symptoms were significantly higher in females than in males.Therefore,the overall situation of young female patients with schizophrenia,so their emotional management ability needs to be paid attention to.There are two studies in this paper.Study with convenience sampling method,a random sample of 31 cases of healthy women as normal group,a random sample in April 2021 to October 2021 in hebei province sixth people’s hospital of young female patients and their parents,a total of 170 cases,sex hormone levels,emotional treatment scale(EIS),parents psychological control questionnaire,state anxiety questionnaire survey.Independent sample T test,Pearson correlation and stratified regression were used to comprehensively analyze the relationship between physiological and psychological factors and patients’ emotional management ability.In study 2,a total of 48 young female patients and their parents who were hospitalized in The Sixth People’s Hospital of Hebei Province from October 2021 to November 2021 were randomly selected by convenient sampling method.They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 24 cases in each group.The parents of patients in the experimental group were treated with sandtable game intervention.Repeated measurement method was used to measure the parents’ anxiety level and patients’ emotional management ability before and after the intervention,and comprehensively analyze the influence of sand table game on the parents’ anxiety level and patients’ emotional management ability.The results showed that :(1)the emotional management ability of the young female patients with schizophrenia was significantly lower than that of the normal young female group,and the impairment of the emotional management ability of the patients with schizophrenia was serious and extensive.(2)The levels of estradiol,serum prolactin and serum testosterone in young female schizophrenia patients were significantly lower than those in the normal group.The psychological control level and anxiety level of parents were significantly different from normal group.(3)The level of estradiol in young female patients with schizophrenia increased,and their emotional management ability improved;Their serum testosterone levels,parental and maternal psychological control levels,parental anxiety levels increased,and their emotional management ability decreased.(4)estradiol and father despotism infringement levels of interaction,interaction between serum levels of testosterone and autocratic father infringement,serum testosterone and father psychological control level interaction,estradiol and mother despotism infringement levels of interaction,interaction between serum levels of testosterone and mother authoritarian infringement,estradiol,and mother interaction anxiety level of patients with emotional control ability significantly;The interaction between serum testosterone and maternal anxiety level predicted the patients’ emotional control ability significantly.(5)Sandplay therapy for parents can significantly reduce the anxiety level of parents,and effectively improve the emotional management level of young female schizophrenics.In conclusion,some physiological factors and some psychological factors interact with emotion management ability of young female schizophrenics.After the influence on the psychological state of their parents,the patients can significantly improve their emotional management ability,and then improve their cognitive level. |
