In recent years,the application of computer science and technology in the field of medical imaging continues to deepen,and digital medical imaging technology has become a research hotspot technology.The advancement of digital medical imaging technology has helped medical staff better analyze human tissues.In the meanwhile,virtual reality technology(VR)has also become a hotspot technology in recent years.It has changed the way of human-computer interaction,and it has super simulation,and the feedback obtained during interaction is more realistic.Obtaining medical imaging data requires some medical instruments and technologies.Among them,PET is a relatively advanced clinical examination imaging technology in the field of nuclear medicine.With the help of medical imaging technology,PET reconstruction data can be well visualized.The combination of virtual reality and medical imaging can allow users to better understand and apply medical imaging,which is of great significance to the field of medical engineering.Combining the medical images of PET reconstruction data with virtual reality technology,first conduct the research of voxel rendering algorithm.The PET reconstructed data is rendered by ray-casting algorithm,Marching Cubes algorithm,point cloud algorithm,and converted into five types of medical three-dimensional images,including VR images,SR images,MIP images,Min IP images and MPR Images.The medical image is placed in the virtual reality scene,and the entire virtual scene is rendered by Unity engine.With the help of virtual reality technology,medical images can be interacted more efficiently and intuitively.With the help of cutting and adjusting thresholds,medical images can be freely manipulated in virtual scenes,and medical images can be observed from multiple angles and levels.This combination method can be helpful to medical diagnosis,medical research,and medical teaching.Tested with mouse data scanned by digital PET,the visualization system can render a variety of medical imaging models well during operation,and complete various interactive functions.And the performance in the running process meets the standard,usually the running frame number in the scene can reach 90 fps or more,and the running frame number can also be saved at about 60 fps during various interactive calculations,and the operating efficiency meets the needs of virtual reality technology. |
