Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Lateral Epicondylitis Of Humerus With Meridian Tendon Therapy Of Zhuang Medicine

Objective:Under the guidance of the pathogenesis theory of "multidimensional pain caused by tendon node lines and surfaces",the clinical curative effects of Zhuang medical tendons therapy and Traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy on lateral epicondylitis of humerus were observed,and the clinical curative advantages of Zhuang medical tendons therapy on lateral epicondylitis of humerus were summarized.Methods:70 patients with external humeral epicondylitis who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into study group(Zhuang Medicine tendon therapy group)and control group(Traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy group),with 35 cases in each group.In the treatment group of strengthening meridian tendons,firstly,the Zhuang medicine was used to touch the knot,then the Zhuangyi Jingjin Massage was used to loosen the knot,then the fire needle was used to eliminate the knot,and finally the pain-causing substances were pulled out with cupping.Traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy group was treated with massage+common acupuncture+cupping.Main acupuncture point: Ashi point;Acupoints: elbow glue and Hegu for hand Yangming meridian syndrome,Waiguan and Patio for hand Shaoyang meridian syndrome and Yanggu for hand Taiyang meridian syndrome.The two groups were treated for 3 courses.Before and after treatment,the pain visual analogue scale(VAS),elbow joint function score(MEPS)and pain-free grip strength(PFG)were observed,and the curative effect was summarized.SPSS20.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data.Results:(1)There is no difference in the general data(age,sex,course of disease)of patients,and there is no statistical significance.(2)Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the pain visual analogue scale(VAS),elbow joint function score(MEPS)and pain-free grip strength(PFG)between the two groups,but they could be compared.(3)VAS score after treatment was lower than before treatment,MEPS score and painless grip strength(PFG)were higher than before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05),but after treatment,the study group was better than the control group.(4)Comparison of overall efficacy: The total effective rate of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion(s):The total effective rate of meridian tendon therapy of Zhuang medicine is better than that of the latter in the treatment of lateral epicondylitis of humerus,and the degree of pain relief,improvement of dysfunction and improvement of painless grip strength of patients after meridian tendon therapy of Zhuang medicine are obviously better than those of comprehensive therapy of Chinese medicine.
