Clinical Efficacy Of Zhuang Medical Transtendon Therapy In The Treatment Of Heel Pain

Objective: By comparing the clinical efficacy of Zhuang Medical Meridian Tendon Therapy(Zhuang Medical Jingji Tuina+Zhuang Medical Fire Acupuncture)and Traditional Chinese Medicine Comprehensive Therapy(Traditional Chinese Medicine Tuina+Ordinary Acupuncture)in the treatment of heel pain,combined with the view of Zhuang Medical Jingjian Science "treating bones from tendons and bone diseases",the effectiveness and advantages of Zhuang Medical Meridian Tendon Therapy in the treatment of heel pain were discussed.Methods: The 62 patients with heel pain who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group(TCM comprehensive therapy group)with 31 cases and observation group(Zhuang medicine meridian muscle therapy group)with 31 cases.Treatment is given once every 3 days,1treatment is given to 1 course of treatment,for a total of 5 courses,and if less than 5 courses are cured,the remaining course of treatment will not be carried out.Clinical efficacy was evaluated by observing the Mc Gill scale(including PRI,VAS,PPI scale)and the AOFAS(American Foot and Ankle Association)ankle and hindfoot function scale before and after treatment.The treatment results and data of the two groups were summarized and statistically analyzed by SPSS25.0.Results:(1)Comparison of baseline data: There was no significant difference(P>0.05)between the two groups of clinical subjects before treatment in terms of sex,sex,course of disease,PRI,VAS,PPI,AOFAS ankle and hindfoot function score tables after treatment which was comparable.(2)Comparison of pain symptom score results: the Mc Gill score table after treatment in the two groups was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the PRI,VAS and PPI scores in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),indicating that Zhuang Yi meridian tendon therapy was better than that of the TCM comprehensive therapy group in reducing the pain symptoms of patients with heel pain.(3)Comparison of activity function score results: The AOFAS ankle and hindfoot function score tables after treatment were improved(P<0.05),and the score of the treatment group after treatment was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),indicating that Zhuang Medical Meridian Muscle Therapy was more effective than that of the TCM comprehensive therapy group in improving ankle mobility dysfunction in patients with heel pain.(4)Overall efficacy comparison: After the two groups of treatment,the total effective rate of Zhuang medicine meridian tendon therapy was 93.33%(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy was 80.65%(P<0.05),indicating that Zhuang medicine meridiom therapy for heel pain was more effective than traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy.Conclusion(s): Zhuang medical meridian tendon therapy and traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy have achieved good efficacy in reducing the pain of the patient’s heel and improving the patient’s heel dysfunction,etc.,according to the comparison of the efficacy results of the two,the total effective rate of the Zhuang medical meridian tendon therapy group is higher than that of the traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy group,indicating that the treatment of heel pain by Zhuang doctor meridiom therapy is more effective than that of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy.
