Clinical Experience And Medication Law Of Chinese Medical Master Zhang Lei In The Treatment Of Cancer

Objective: To elaborate Professor Zhang Lei’s clinical experience in the treatment of cancer from the point of view of data and to explore the law of drug prescription through the frequency analysis,cluster analysis,association rule analysis and factor analysis of the collected prescriptions and other contents.Methods: Collect Medical Library of Chinese Medical Master Zhang Lei,Complete Medical Book of Chinese Medical Master Zhang Lei,Clinical Experience Book of Chinese Medical Master Zhang Lei and some outpatient medical cases of Chinese medical Master Zhang Lei,select the cases with clear diagnosis,complete medical records and significant clinical efficacy to establish a database,extract TCM prescriptions,and use them as data sources to clean and standardize the data.Microsoft office Excel 2010 was used to make statistics on drug frequency,four Qi,five taste and meridian normalization.SPSS Modeler 18.0 was used to build drug association network diagram,and Apriori algorithm was used to analyze association rules.Data source node,type node,network node,Apriori node,etc.,are established respectively.The nodes are connected and run sequentially one by one to form a data stream and analyze the high-frequency drug combination.SPSS Statistics 22.0 software system was used to carry out cluster analysis and factor analysis on the high-frequency traditional Chinese medicine,and tree cluster map and macadam map were obtained,and common drug pairs and drug combinations were analyzed.The clinical experience of Professor Zhang Lei in the treatment of cancer and the rule of medication were expounded from the point of data.Results: A total of 413 medical cases were collected,and 281 were finally screened and included for analysis.Statistical study of drug use:(1)From the statistical analysis of frequency,It was found that the high-frequency drugs for the treatment of cancer mainly included licorice,coix seed,winter melon seed,codonopsis,Radix Baicalensis,Qingpinellia,poria cocos,rhubarb,Thunberg fritillaria,bupleurum,astragalus,panax notoginseng,sundried licorice,jujube,reed root,peach kernel,tangerine peel,ginger,platycodon,angelica sinensis,white peony root,stir-fried white rhizome,oyster,north Chinese ginseng,ground bone skin,centipedes,poria cochinensis,white snake tongue grass,aconite,yam and mulberry bark Yu Jin,etc.(2)From the analysis of drug flavor regression,it was found that Zhang Lao’s drugs for cancer were mainly cold and warm;The five tastes are mainly bitter,sweet and sweet.From the association rule analysis and cluster analysis,it was found that clinical prescriptions mainly used the products of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,clearing heat and purging phlegm and detoxifying and dispersing knot,and paid attention to the support of healthy qi and the care of acquired spleen and stomach.(3)Different cancer diseases in the combination of slightly different,such as the treatment of lung cancer the most commonly used detoxification anti-cancer drugs are platycodon platycodon,scutellaria,north sea ginseng,Zhejiang fritillaria,earth bone skin,peach kernel,clearing heat and detoxification,qi and Yin,dissipating blood stasis and dispersing;The main drugs commonly used in the treatment of uterine cancer,ovarian cancer,cervical cancer are Coix seed,licorice,angelica,codonopsis,scutellaria,astragalus,panax notoginseng,wheat and other drugs to clear heat and detoxify,qi and Yin,remove blood stasis and dissipate.In the treatment of breast cancer,licorice,white peony,codonopsis,astragalus,angelica sinensis,ligusticum ligusticum,bupleurum,Thunberg fritillaria and other drugs are commonly used to purify turbidity-removing phlegm,tonifying qi and blood,soothing liver and dispersing tangles.The main drugs for the treatment of bowel cancer are Kuroshu,licorice,aconite,scutellaria,rhubarb,cotonopsis cotonopsis,astragalus,poring,mpeony bark,peach seeds and other drugs to remove dampness and pus,clear dampness and heat,tonifying middle and nourishing qi,moistening water and dampness,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis;The main drugs for the treatment of gastric cancer are codonopsis codonopsis,Qingpinellia,sunburned licorice,Baichuan,jujube,panax notoginseng,ginger,rhubarb,poria,bupleurum,bran stir-fried atractyloides,etc.,supplementating qi,clearing heat and drying dampness,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and reconciling Shao Yang;In the treatment of pancreatic cancer,Daschaihu decoction is often combined with konjac,coix seed,winter melon seeds and other drugs to remove turbidity and remove evil.In the treatment of esophageal cancer,Huqi powder is often combined with Qingpinellia,Coix seed,winter melon seed,licorice and other drugs to clear heat and dry dampness,attack and remove blood stasis;The treatment of liver cancer is often bupleurum,scutellaria,malt,Thunberg fritillary,licorice,poring and other drugs to clear the liver and heat,phlegm and disperse;Thyroid cancer to heavy building,Xia Xia grass,red peony root,winter melon seeds,coix seed and other purging fire detoxification,phlegm sanjie drugs.Clinical experience in treatment of cancer disease: Zhang Lao proposed that "endotoxin of cancer is the initial cause of cancer awakening" and "if the patient’s constitution is not deficient,it can be purified as the basis of legislation".Fuzhengdispelling evil is the fundamental principle of the treatment of cancer,the first to treat the root,and then cancer,attention to the psychological treatment of patients,keep people cured.The treatment is more to remove evil turbidity,choose Qianjin Weijing decoction as the representative,observe the changes of the condition,flexibly add or subtract.Conclusion: Most of Zhang’s prescriptions for the treatment of cancer take "removing the evil cloud,Fuzhengdispelling evil,and replenishing the attack" as the general treatment principles,so Fuzheng and dispelling evil throughout.Treatment methods: removing turbidity and dispelling evil,clearing heat and removing phlegm,detoxifying and fighting cancer,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,caring for spleen and stomach,qi and dispersing knots.On the basis of syndrome differentiation,different drugs were used,and the clinical effect was remarkable.The clinical experience and medication rule of Professor Zhang Lei in treating cancer were revealed from the data point of view.
