Based On Data Mining To Discussing The Regularity Of Suan Gan Hua Yin Method To Treat Diabetes

Objective: Through the in-depth study of ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine,collect and sort out the relevant prescription drugs related to the treatment of diabetes with the method of Suan Gan Hua Yin in ancient books,summarize the regularity of prescription medication,provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment of diabetes,in order to better play the unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine,and improve the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetes.Methods: This paper mainly uses the method of systematic review,adopts the method of literature research and statistical formula,through searching the database of “Chinese Medical Dictionary”,Suan Gan Hua Yin method is used as the research object,the relevant contents of its treatment of diabetes are comprehensively collected,after sorting in strict accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the selected traditional Chinese medicine prescription data are entered into Microsoft Excel 2019 software to construct the formula database,statistically analyze the frequency of drug use,obtain the high-frequency drug data,and statistically analyze the high-frequency drug categories and high-frequency drug properties,drug taste,and meridians.And the statistical software SPSS Statistics 27.0 was used to cluster the drugs,SPSS Modeler 18.0 software was used to analyze the association rules of the drugs,and the composition and compatibility of the drugs were studied.Results:(1)By searching the Chinese Medical Dictionary,198 prescriptions that met the screening criteria were included,a total of 194 herbs were used,28 high frequency herbs,and the top ten high-frequency herbs were Ginseng,Ophiopogon,Licorice,Schisandra chinensis,Poria,Trichosanthin radix,Astragali radix,Raw Rehmannia glutinosa,Cinnamon,Rehmanniae radix praeparata;the top three high-frequency drug categories were tonic drugs,heat-clearing drugs,and astringent drugs;the cold,warm,and flat nature of high-frequency drug properties ranked in the top three;most of the high-frequency drug tastes were sweet,bitter,and sour;among the high-frequency drugs,the kidney meridian ranks first,followed by the lung meridian,heart meridian,spleen meridian,liver meridian,stomach meridian,etc.(2)Through cluster analysis of 28 high-frequency herbs,four cluster prescriptions were obtained,C1: Alisma rhizoma,Moutan cortex,Rehmanniae radix praeparata,Corni fructus,Poria,Cinnamon,Ginseng,Schisandra chinensis,keel,Mantidis ootheca,Astragali radix.C2: Cuscutae semen,Achyranthes bidentata,Cistanche,Ground bone skin;C3: Angelica sinensis,Chuanxiong rhizoma,Paeony,Licorice,Scutellaria;C4: Ophiopogon,Raw Rehmannia glutinosa,Trichosanthin radix,Anemarrhenae rhizoma,Rhizome pueraria,Coptis chinensis.(3)Through association rule analysis of the recipe entered prescription drugs,a total of 79 association rules were obtained,including 39 second-order association rules and 40 third-order association rules.Among them,according to the order of support degree,it is concluded that the second-order association rules in accordance with the Suan Gan Hua Yin method are Ginseng and Schisandra chinensis,Astragalus radix and Schisandra chinensis,Rehmanniae radix praeparata and Schisandra chinensis,etc.,the third order association rules are Schisandra chinensis,Ginseng and Licorice,Schisandra chinensis,Ginseng and Ophiopogon,Poria,Ginseng and Schisandra chinensis,etc.Conclusions:(1)Ancient physicians used the method of Suan Gan Hua Yin to treat diabetes commonly used Ginseng,Ophiopogon,Licorice,Schisandra chinensis,Poria,Trichosanthin radix,etc.;the category of traditional Chinese medicines was mainly tonic drugs,heat-clearing drugs,and astringent drugs;the medicinal properties were mainly cold,warm,and flat;the medicinal taste was mainly sweet,bitter,and sour;and the meridians were mainly kidney meridian,followed by the lung meridian,heart meridian,spleen meridian,liver meridian,stomach meridian.The characteristics of medication are in line with the pathogenesis characteristics of diabetes yin deficiency and dryness and heat,flexible medication,pay attention to nourishing yin and clearing heat.(2)Ancient physicians used the method of Suan Gan Hua Yin to treat diabetest with using the methods of nourishing kidney yin,supplementing qi and nourishing yin,tonifying liver and nourishing blood,tonifying blood and activating blood circulation,and nourishing yin and generating fluid,and five addition and subtraction prescriptions of Liuwei Dihuang Pill,Shengmai Powder,Shaoyao Gancao Decoction,Siwu Decoction,and Yuquan Pill are commonly used,the commonly used pair drugs are "Ginseng – Schisandra chinensis"," Astragali radix – Schisandra chinensis","Rehmanniae radix praeparata – Schisandra chinensis",etc.,commonly used horn drugs are "Schisandra chinensis – Ginseng – Licorice","Schisandra chinensis – Ginseng – Ophiopogon","Schisandra chinensis – Ginseng –Poria",etc.,which can provide a reference for future clinical selection of drugs.
