| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Tiaoqi Ligan Decoction combined with Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate Tablets in the treatment of hepatitis B liver fibrosis of qi stagnation and blood stasis type based on the theory of circular motion.Methods: 60 patients with hepatitis B liver fibrosis of qi stagnation and blood stasis type were selected.Using random number table method,were randomly divided into two groups,control group and treatment group 30 cases each.The control group was treated with tenofovir disoproxil fumarate tablets.The treatment group was treated with Tiaoqi Ligan Decoction on the basis of the control group.After 24 weeks,the changes of TCM syndrome score,liver function,liver fibrosis,abdominal color Doppler ultrasound,liver hardness and related safety indexes were observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results: There was no significant difference in gender and age between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),which was clinically comparable.1.Comparison of clinical efficacy indicators : After treatment,the total effective rates of clinical comprehensive efficacy in the treatment group and the control group were 83.33%and 60.00 % respectively,and the total effective rates of TCM syndrome scores were 90%and 63.33 % respectively.2.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores: After treatment,the single syndrome scores of the two groups of patients in the aspects of rib pain,good sigh,chest tightness and irritability,abdominal distension and fullness were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was more obvious than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);in terms of dark complexion and purple tongue,the syndrome score of the treatment group was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the syndrome score of the control group compared with that before treatment(P>0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total scores of TCM syndromes in both groups decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group decreased more significantly than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of liver function indexes: After treatment,the levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Comparison of four items of liver fibrosis: After treatment,hyaluronic acid(HA),laminin(LN),aminoterminal procollagen type peptide(PIIINP)and type IV collagen(IV-C)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).5.Comparison of abdominal color Doppler ultrasound: After treatment,the portal vein diameter and spleen thickness of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the spleen thickness,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in improving the portal vein diameter(P>0.05).6.Comparison of liver stiffness values: After treatment,the liver stiffness measurement(LSM)of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group decreased more significantly than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).7.Safety comparison: The vital signs of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were stable,and there were no obvious abnormalities in clinical indicators such as renal function,blood routine and urine routine.Conclusion : Under the guidance of circular motion theory,the clinical efficacy of Tiaoqi Ligan Decoction combined with tenofovir disoproxil fumarate tablets in the treatment of hepatitis B liver fibrosis with qi stagnation and blood stasis is definite. |
