Clinical Observation Of Yangxue Juanyu Decoction In The Treatment Of Fatigue Syndrome After Laparoscopic Rectal Cancer Surgery

Objective:(1)The data mining method was used to summarize and review the relevant literature,and to explore the rules of the use of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of postoperative fatigue syndrome.(2)To observe the improvement of fatigue symptoms of patients after laparoscopic rectal cancer surgery by the self-prepared Chinese medicine"Yangxue Juanyu Decoction",and prove that Yangxue Juanyu Decoction can improve the emotional tension,anxiety,and depression reactions of patients after rectal cancer surgery,reduce the degree of pain,promote exhaust and defecation,improve the relevant indicators of patients after surgery,and help patients recover quickly.Methods:The subjects selected for this study were patients who visited the General Surgery Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2020 to February2023.According to the sample size formula:70 patients who underwent radical rectal cancer surgery.They were divided into two groups by random number table method,35 cases in the Yangxue Juanyu Decoction group and 35 cases in the control group.SPSS 25.0 software was used to analyze the data results.The test was used for the measurement data,and the chi-square test was used for the count data.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:VAS score,TCM syndrome integral scale,ICFS score scale and hospital anxiety and depression scale showed that the scores of the two groups on the first day after operation were higher than those on the first day before operation,and there was no statistical significance on the first day before operation and the first day after operation(P>0.05).The scores of the two groups on the seventh day after operation were lower than those on the first day after operation,and the scores of the Yangxue Juanyu Decoction group on the seventh day after operation were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Serum albumin,the index on the first day after operation was significantly lower than that on the first day before operation.The index on the first day before operation and the first day after operation were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The index on the seventh day after operation was higher than that on the first day after operation.The index in the Yangxue Juanyu Decoction group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).CD4~+/CD8~+,the index of the first day after operation was significantly lower than that of the first day before operation,the index of the first day before operation and the first day after operation were not statistically significant(P>0.05),the index of the seventh day after operation was higher than that of the first day after operation,and the index of the Yangxue Juanyu Decoction group was not statistically significant compared with the control group(P>0.05).The index of C-reactive protein on the first day after operation was higher than that before operation,and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05)before and on the first day after operation.The index on the seventh day after operation was lower than that on the first day after operation.The reduction degree of Yangxue Juanyu Decoction group was better than that of the control group,and the data was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined with data mining and statistics of the analysis results of traditional Chinese medicine medication rules,Yangxue Juanyu Decoction can significantly improve the fatigue syndrome after laparoscopic rectal cancer surgery...
