Clinical Observation Of BuNaoGao In Treating Post-stroke Fatigue (Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type)

Objective:This study was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Bunao cream on ischemic post-stroke fatigue(qi deficiency and blood stasis type)by observing the clinical curative effect of Bunao cream on the treatment of ischemic post-stroke fatigue(qi deficiency and blood stasis type)to increase and optimize the treatment of post-stroke fatigue.Method:According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria of this test,65 cases were selected according to the study criteria,and the numbers were numbered from 1 to 65.the random number table method was used to allocate the odd numbers of the 65 cases as treatment group,and even numbers as the control group.Treatment group was given basic treatment(including improving the way of life,nutritional brain,maintain electrolyte balance,regulate blood pressure,control blood lipids,regulate blood sugar and conventional anticoagulation treatment)+ oral Bunao cream treatment,while the control group on the basis of the basic treatment(the same as the treatment group)patients were treated with oral yang orang Decoction.Fatigue severity scale(FSS),stroke-specific quality of life scale(SS-QOL)in the part of the impact on the patient's energy,and daily life activity score list(MBI)were selected as a curative effect to evaluate the clinical efficacy,and during the treatment,the blood,urine,fecal routine,liver function,renal function and the adverse reactions during medication period were selected as a measure of safety during the patient's medication.Data were analyzed by SPSS19.0.Result:60 patients completed the experimental observation,no cases of accidents and deaths.Routine treatment time is half a month,followed up for 1 month.There was no significant difference in age and sex between the two groups before treatment(P> 0.05).1.FSS score: The two groups' therapeutic effect of 4 weeks later was better than that of 2 weeks later,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Compared with the control group,the treatment group was better than the control group 4 weeks after the treatment,and when two groups were compared the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).2.SS-QOL score: The two groups' therapeutic effect of 4 weeks later was better than that of 2 weeks later,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Compared with the control group,the treatment group was better than the control group 4 weeks after the treatment,and when two groups were compared the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).3.MBI score: 4 weeks later,the therapeutic effects of both the treatment group and the control group were better than those of 2 weeks later,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The treatment group's therapeutic effect was better than the control group's 4 weeks after the treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.TCM syndrome elements: The treatment group is superior to the control group in the treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,the difference is statistically significant(P <0.05);the treatment group and the control group have some therapeutic effects in the treatment of other syndromes.Conclusion: Bunao cream can relieve the degree of ischemic post-stroke fatigue(qi deficiency and blood stasis),and improve the quality of life of patients with ischemic stroke(Qi deficiency and blood stasis),thus can be used in clinical practice.
