| Objective:In order to explore the curative effect of permanent magnet rotary vibration therapy instrument on ovulation induction in patients with ovulation disorder infertility,this paper was analyzed its curative effect through retrospective and prospective research,and was analyzed the possible factors affecting its curative effect.Methods:In this retrospective study,the patients with ovulatory infertility were divided into permanent magnet rotary vibration therapy instrument combined with ovulation induction drugs group(n=114)and single ovulation induction drugs group(n=114).The endometrial thickness and type,follicle diameter before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.In this prospective study,ovulatory infertility patients were divided into experimental group(n=46)and control group(n=57).The treatment method of the experimental group was combined with permanent magnet rotary vibration therapy instrument during ovulation induction cycle,and the number of treatment was 1-12.Endometrial type,endometrial and subendometrial blood pulsation index(PI),resistance index(RI),peak systolic velocity(PSV),ratio of end-systolic blood velocity to end-diastolic blood velocity(S/D)and pregnancy rate were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.According to the type of infertility,the history of induced abortion the history of magnetotherapy,and The Times of magnetotherapy in the experimental group,the factors that may affect the efficacy were explored..Results:The retrospective results showed that there was a significant difference in intimal thickness between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in follicle diameter between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in endometrial type between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).The prospective study found no significant difference in follicle diameter between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the endometrial thickness of the experimental group was 8.99 ±1.88mm and that of the control group was 8.40 ± 1.95mm,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The endometrial thickness of patients with endometrial dysplasia after treatment was 8.85±1.67mm in experimental group and 7.28±1.25mm in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in endometrial type between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in PI,RI,PSV and S/D of endometrial and subendometrial blood flow between the two groups after treatment.There were statistical differences in S/D before and after treatment in experimental group(P<0.05),and S/D decreased after treatment.The pregnancy rate in the test group was 26 percent and 23 percent in the control group.The intima thickness of<6 times of magnetic therapy group was 8.64 ± 1.70mm,and that of≥ 6 times group was 9.53±2.03mm with statistical difference(P<0.05).The intima thickness after treatment in the group with abortion history was 8.41 ± 1.46mm and that in the group without abortion history was 9.34 ± 2.02mm,with statistical difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in intima thickness between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in intimal thickness between primary infertility group and secondary infertility group after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.In the treatment of ovulation induction in patients with anovulatory infertility,permanent magnet rotary vibration therapy instrument can be used in combination with conventional treatment,which may be helpful in promoting the development of follicles to mature follicles,improving endometrial thickness growth and pregnancy.2.Patients with endometrial dysplasia may be able to improve endometrial thickness by combining permanent magnet rotary vibration therapy instrument under clinical routine treatment.The frequency of permanent magnet rotary vibration therapy instrument may be helpful to improve the efficacy.The efficacy of patients with more than 6 times of treatment is better than that of patients with less than 6 times of treatment.The application of 6 times of treatment can be used as a preliminary reference.Whether the patient has used permanent magnet rotary vibration therapy instrument in the past and different types of infertility may not be the influencing factors to judge the therapeutic effect. |
