Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Mild Depression With Mongolian Medicine Acupuncture Combined With Moxibustion

Objectives:Observing the clinical efficacy of Mongolian medicine acupuncture combined with moxibustion in treating mild depression,providing reference basis for future clinical research.Methods:A total of 64 patients with mild depression who met the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control and treatment groups,with 32 cases each.The control group was given Mengyi acupuncture treatment,taking acupoints: Dinghui Point,Heyi Point,Lifeline Point,Heart Point,Black and White Acupoint,Shithumb Acupoint,Wrist Acupoint,once a day,the treatment group gave the control group treatment on the basis of moxibustion therapy,acupoints: Dinghui Point,Heyi Point,Black and White Acupoint,Mingmai Point,Heart Point,Stomach Point,Kidney Point,moxibustion treatment once every other day,the above two groups were treated for two consecutive weeks,and follow-up was carried out one month after the end of treatment.The HAMD-17 Depression Scale and SDS Depression Scale were used to score the two groups before and after treatment and one month after follow-up,and the efficacy between the two groups was evaluated,and then the differences between the two groups were analyzed statistically.Results:1.There was no significant difference in HAMD scores between the two groups before treatment,P>0.05,indicating comparability between the groups.There was a significant difference in HAMD scores among the control group before,after treatment,and during follow-up,P<0.05;Pairwise comparison showed that there was a significant difference in HAMD scores between the control group before and after treatment,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in HAMD scores between the treatment and follow-up,P>0.05,indicating that the control group had therapeutic effects and could be maintained during the follow-up period.There was a significant difference in the HAMD scores of the treatment group before,after,and during follow-up,P<0.05;Pairwise comparison showed a significant difference in HAMD scores between the treatment group before and after treatment,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in HAMD scores between the treatment group and follow-up,P>0.05,indicating that the treatment group had therapeutic effects and could be maintained during the follow-up period.There was a significant difference in HAMD scores between the two groups after treatment and follow-up,P<0.05,indicating that the treatment group had better efficacy than the control group.2.Comparison of scores between the two groups: before treatment,there was no significant difference in the indicators of HAMD scores between the two groups,including depression,difficulty in falling asleep,not deep sleep,early awakening,mental anxiety,Somatic anxiety,gastrointestinal symptoms,and systemic symptoms,P>0.05,indicating that there was comparability between the two groups.After treatment and follow-up,there were significant differences in various indicators of HAMD scores between the two groups,including depression,difficulty falling asleep,lack of deep sleep,early awakening,and gastrointestinal symptoms(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in mental anxiety,Somatic anxiety and systemic symptoms(P>0.05).Overall,it can be seen that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.3.There was no significant difference in SDS scores between the two groups before treatment,P>0.05,indicating comparability between the groups.There was a significant difference in the SDS scores of the control group before,after treatment,and follow-up,P<0.05;Pairwise comparison showed that there was a significant difference in SDS scores between the control group before and after treatment,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in SDS scores between the treatment and followup,P>0.05,indicating that the control group had therapeutic effects and could be maintained during the follow-up period.There was a significant difference in the SDS scores of the treatment group before,after,and during follow-up,P<0.05;Pairwise comparison showed a significant difference in SDS scores between the treatment group before and after treatment,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in SDS scores between the treatment group and follow-up,P>0.05,indicating that the treatment group was effective and could be maintained during the follow-up period.There was a significant difference in SDS scores between the two groups after treatment and follow-up,P<0.05,indicating that the treatment group had better efficacy than the control group.4.Evaluation of therapeutic effects between the two groups: There was a significant difference in the evaluation of therapeutic effects between the two groups,P<0.05,indicating that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Symptoms:1.Mongolian acupuncture therapy for mild depression has certain clinical effects.2.Mongolian medical acupuncture combined with moxibustion therapy group has a particularly significant effect in the treatment of mild depression.3.Mongolian medicine acupuncture combined with moxibustion therapy has a significant short-term effect in improving patients’ depression,difficulty falling asleep,not sleeping deeply,early awakening,and gastrointestinal symptoms.4.The score values of the HAHD scale and SDS scale were significantly reduced in the Mongolian medical acupuncture combined with moxibustion treatment group,and it was better than that of the Mongolian medical acupuncture group.5.Mongolian acupuncture combined with moxibustion therapy for mild depression is worthy of clinical promotion.
