| Objective:In this paper, the clinical data of tick-borne encephalitis(TBE)were analyzed retrospectively to explore the role of intravenous immunoglobulin(IVIG)in the treatment of mild type of encephalitis, clinical efficacy of moderate and severe tick-borne encephalitis and efficacy of different doses of Intravenous Immunoglobulin in patients with tick-borne encephalitis of the same severity. Methods:Totally 206 patients, aged 18-80 years, who were admitted to Inner Mongolia General Forestry Hospital from April 2020 to October 2022,were included.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,151 patients who met the criteria were stratified according to GBZ88-2002:mild,moderate and severe group, they were then grouped according to whether or not they were treated with Intravenous Immunoglobulin:control group and treatment group:according to the dosage, they were divided into low-dose group:2.5g,q6h,high-dose group:0.4 g/kg,qd.The clinical data of sex, age, time from onset to admission and time of clinical symptom relief were collected, and the therapeutic effect of human immunoglobulin on tick-borne encephalitis was analyzed according to the evaluation standard of therapeutic effect. Results:A total of 151 eligible patients were retrospectively collected and divided into three groups:109 mild cases(control group:64 cases,low-dose group:43 cases,high-dose group:2 cases),there were 42 patients with moderate and severe type(8 cases in control group,19 cases in low-dose group,15 cases in high-dose group). Results:Mild tick-borne encephalitis:(1)The curative effect of low-dose group was better than that of control group.(χ2=5.531,P=0.019).(2)the time of symptom relief:there was no significant difference in clinical symptom relief time between the low-dose group and the control group(P>0.05),but the hospitalization time of the low-dose group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).2.Moderate to severe tickborne encephalitis:(1)The efficacy of the three groups of low-dose group and high-dose group was better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between the low-dose group and the high-dose group(P>0.05).(2)the time of symptom relief:compared with the control group, the high-dose group and the lowdose group relieved headache symptoms more quickly, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The factors affecting the conditiona:(1)Tick-borne encephalitis vaccination coverage:compared with the mild and medium patients, the unvaccinated rate of the severe patients was higher, the difference was statistically significant(χ2=7.257,P=0.018).Conclusions:1.The effect of Intravenous Immunoglobulin on tick-borne encephalitis was better.2.There was no significant difference between the low-dose group and the high-dose group in moderate and severe tick-borne encephalitis.3.The rate of no vaccination was high in patients with severe tick-borne encephalitis. |
