Clinical Study On The Zhuangxi-4 Combination Calcium Carbonate D3 In The Treatment Of Postmenopausal Osteoporosis

Objective:To investigate the clinical effectiveness of treating post-menopausal osteoporosis using a combination of the Mongolian drug Zhuangxi-4 powder Combined and calcium carbonate D3 tablets.It provides scientific basis for the clinical application of Mongolian medicine Zhuangxi-4powder in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis.Methods: Sixty postmenopausal patients were randomly assigned to two groups based on selection criteria.The control group,which got therapy with oral calcium carbonate D3 pills with 0.5g/time,twice a day,the treatment group received 3g/time,twice a day,of the Mongolian drug Zhuangxi-4 powder along of the two months.Before and following therapy,to VAS scores,the clinical sign scores,bone mineral density,calcium(Ca2+),phosphorus(P),25-hydroxyvitamin D3,and estrogen(E2)levels were measured.Using SPSS28.0,statistical analysis of the data was carried out.Results:1.After treatment,the overall effective rate was 86.7% and 80% in the2 groups,respectively,which showed a significant difference(P<0.05).1.The BMD values of patients in both groups improved significantly(P<0.05)after treatment,while the improvement in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment in both groups,it was observed that E2 improved and was significantly different in the treatment group(P<0.05),while the difference in E2 in the control group was not significant(P<0.05),with a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in bone metabolic indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of Ca2+,P and 25 hydroxy vitamin D3 promote in both groups,and the levels of Ca2+ and 25 hydroxy vitamin D3 promote in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.After treatment,the total evidence points of patients in both groups decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the decrease in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups before the course of treatment(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups were comparable.At the end of the treatment course,there was a significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups(P<0.05),therefore,the treatment group had better efficacy than the control group when compared between the two groups,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the treatment group had better efficacy than the control group in terms of symptoms such as weakness of the back and knees,difficulty in walking,and lower limb twitching,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.After treatment,there was no significant change in the safety indexes of both groups compared with those before treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: 1.For treating postmenopausal osteoporosis,Zhuangxi-4 Flavors are superior to calcium carbonate D3 pills used on their own.2.For treating postmenopausal osteoporosis,Zhuangxi-4 taste San had superior results than calcium carbonate D3 pills alone in terms of boosting flat bone mineral density,bone metabolic index,estradiol,and alleviating clinical symptoms.
