Objective:this study was to observe the flavored black xiaoyao powder intervention to ovary osteoporosis rats model of bone mineral density and serum estradiol, growth hormone, alkaline phosphatase, tartrate resistant acid phosphatase, serum osteocalcin, the influence of the level of interleukin-6, the preliminary discussion on flavored black xiaoyao powder mechanism for the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis.Selection methods:50 healthy female SD rats only 3 months, according to random number table method were divided into control group and surgery group, control group and 15 and 35 only surgery group. In addition to the control group by using bilateral ovaries removed, copy osteoporosis model, postoperative continuous 10 D to vaginal detection of estrus screening of animal images, copy into osteoporosis rats model, from the selection of control were set as control group 10 rats (group A), from the selection of surgical group according to random number table method is divided into 30 rats model group (group B), estrogen group (group C) and Chinese medicine group (group D),10 in each group. Among them, don’t make any deal with the control group and model group, estrogen group subcutaneously pentanoic acid estradiol, Chinese traditional medicine group was given flavored black xiaoyao powder lavage intervention treatment. Continuous intervention in bone mineral density (BMD) after 3 months, then the blood from the abdominal aorta, serum estradiol, growth hormone, alkaline phosphatase, tartrate resistant acid phosphatase, serum osteocalcin, interleukin-6.Results:the serum growth hormone:compared with model group, Chinese medicine way has significantly decreased (P< 0.05); Serum estradiol:Chinese medicine group and estrogen group compared with model group, were increased significantly (P< 0.05); (density:the traditional Chinese medicine group and estrogen group compared with model group, were increased significantly (P< 0.05), but the role of Chinese traditional medicine group on (density less than estrogen group. Serum alkaline phosphatase:blank group and Chinese traditional medicine group compared with model group compare have significant differences in both a P value is far less than 0.01, there was a significant difference (P< 0.01). Tartaric acid resistant alkaline phosphatase:Chinese medicine group and blank group than in the model group were significant difference (P< 0.01). Significantly lower serum osteocalcin: traditional Chinese medicine group, and Chinese medicine group and model group compared with significant difference (P< 0.01), Chinese medicine group and blank group is also a significant difference (P< 0.01). Interleukin-6:three groups all have different degrees of lower in the model group, the blank group and the extent of the Chinese traditional medicine group have significant differences in the model group (P< 0.01).Conclusion:1. The flavored black xiaoyao powder can obviously increase to ovary osteoporosis model rats (density and serum estradiol levels, lower serum growth hormone levels, reduce serum alkaline phosphatase, serum osteocalcin, improve the resistance of tartaric acid content of alkaline phosphatase.2. The flavored black xiaoyao powder can improve the level of hormones in the body, so as to reduce the incidence of osteoporosis after menopause, and issuance of preventing osteoporosis.
