Objective: The effect of Mongolian moxibustion therapy on the expression of related genes in aging model rats was observed and discussed,which further elucidated the anti-aging mechanism of Mongolian medical moxibustion therapy,and provided an objective basis for the anti-aging research of Mongolian medical moxibustion therapy.Methods: In this experiment,50 month-old SD rats(male and female)were randomly selected according to the subtype aging model SD rats and randomly divided into five groups: normal group,model group,top acupoint moxibustion group,renal acupoint moxibustion therapy group and top meeting + kidney acupoint moxibustion therapy group.Y-shaped maze and swimming experiments were used to detect the memory,learning ability and physical strength of subtype aging model rats.Observe and detect weight changes,as well as the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT)in serum,and changes in malondialdehyde(MDA)content and other related indexes for statistical analysis.q-PCR technology was used to observe the changes of G6 PD and GSR gene expression in the normal group,model group,top acupoint moxibustion treatment group,renal acupoint moxibustion treatment group,and top + kidney acupoint moxibustion treatment group.Outcome:1.Behavioral testingCompared with the model group,the top acupoint moxibustion group,the kidney acupoint moxibustion group,the top + kidney acupoint moxibustion treatment group,the learning ability,spatial memory ability and physical strength were all significantly improved.2.Changes in the content and activity of SOD,CAT and MDA(1)In the detection of superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity,the top meeting group,the kidney point group,and the top + kidney point group were significantly improved,and the SOD activity of the top meeting point was more prominent.(2)The content change of propylene glycol(MDA)was significantly downregulated in the top meeting group,kidney point group,top + kidney point group compared with the model group,and the top meeting point + kidney point group was significantly down-regulated compared with the top meeting point + kidney point group.(3)In the detection of catalase(CAT)activity,the top meeting group,kidney point group,and top + kidney group were significantly improved compared with the model group,and the activity of the kidney point group was significantly improved compared with the other two groups.3.Related gene expression(1)A total of 648 related protein genes were screened,of which twelve protein genes were related to this experimental study,NADPH,M0R967,O62937,P14046,G3V7L3,B6DYQ1,B2RZA9,P07335,D3ZFY8,P05370,P47875,A0A0G2K9H8,Q62658,P61983 and other protein genes have obvious differences,these protein genes may be related to aging.(2)Through analysis,it was found that a total of 51 signaling pathways were obtained,of which the pathway with P<0.05 included glutathione metabolism,endocytosis,prolactin signaling pathway,Toll and IDM signaling pathway,and viral carcinogenesis.Among these five pathways,glutathione metabolism,prolactin signaling pathway,viral carcinogenesis and other signaling pathways are related to anti-aging.(3)The expression of G6 PD and GSR in rats in the Dinghui acupoint moxibustion group,the renal acupoint moxibustion group,and the top + kidney moxibustion treatment group were significantly upregulated compared with the model group,and the expression of G6 PD and GSR genes in the Dinghui acupoint moxibustion treatment group was more obvious than that in other groups.Conclusions:1.Mongolian moxibustion therapy can affect SOD activity,CAT,MDA content,weight,physical strength,learning and memory Ability and so to achieve the purpose of anti-aging.2.Mongolian moxibustion therapy may change the expression of G6 PD and GSR genes by applying moxibustion to the top meeting point,kidney point and its group points to improve the secretion of glutathione(GSH)for anti-aging purposes.
